any time! I take a few with breakfast and sometimes a few later in the day. They are like a candy snack too so i take when i get one of those little snack desires

They sent me something I did not order. They will not respond to me. I disputed it with my credit card company and they provided false information to my bank. Do not give this company your credit card information. I never did and they got $72 out of me. I've never ordered from them or even heard of them.
