It was toxic match, with bad calls on each side. Do we forget about the broken nose, or Panucci's tackle from behind that only got him a yellow? Totti dragged his foot on the grass to stumble before making contact with the Korean defender. It was dive, hence it was a booking, hence it was a red card for second yellow. The outraged reaction to this match in the West (where I live) comes from an inability to accept that Italy lost to South Korea, which stemmed from a sense of superiority with a hint of subconscious racism.

The Ref was convicted for manipulating games years later. Either you are just ignorant about it or you are lying on purpose, because of envy xenophobia or anti Italian racism.
