    👍 Great video/information. I’ve been up /down on scale ⬇️2 - 3 pounds but then back to original weight (when I started summer reset). Basically same weight. It is frustrating for sure. I ended up with an awful UTI that was really a bladder infection! With that being said, I didn’t feel like walking. This really had a negative impact on my weight. I’m feeling better (2 rounds of antibiotics later)! I’m going to keep going and continue to work on my health goals, this was a little blip in my journey.

    You're so right, Dee. Eating too much is the main problem, not food itself. Plus, about the giving in to over eating after you've gone off the program.

    I found that I had to eat my weekly points otherwise I was eating too few calories which can also work against you in your weight loss journey.
