【Vegan】All You Need is a Tomatoe and a Rice Cooker

- I've completely fallen in love with this tomato juice braised rice. It's prepared with a variety of vegetables, making it very nutritionally balanced. It's particularly suitable as a meal for one or as a packed lunch.
Ingredients:
1.5 Cup of rice
One Tomato
80g Peas
200g Potatoes
Half Carrot
Half Corn
Two Shiitake Mushrooms
Half King Oyster Mushroom
Vegetable Broth or Water
Salt
Black Pepper
Seasonings:
1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
