Drew, do you know about when the Crackled jokes started? They weren't there at the beginning of this year, but then I stopped watching for a month or two and they were common after that.
Crack jokes have been around for as long as I've been here, cracklord though, I feel that started a few ai onlys back not sure which one in particular though
Some people have problems with the art style but I think where you settled, it looked pretty awesome. Very nicely done contrast with the mountains and the grasses.

Hey Drew, nice video! Every one keep me honest if I'm off base here, but I believe the cost of districts rises as you accumulate techs. Therefore, although you may not want to build your district right away, it's better to at least set it down as soon as it becomes available, so the production cost will be based on your current technological progress and will not rise by the time you do decide to finish the district, despite having researched more techs in the meantime. You can just set it down and immediately switch to building something else.

A bit of a missed opportunity at 16:54, you could have used the slinger to take out the nearly dead warrior to the east, and get the boost for archery. The river would have protected you from the single, nearly dead warrior to the south east. Anyways, very interesting let's play, emperor looks challenging, I've only tried king difficulty yet. The extra settler is big deal, especially at slower game speeds. It helps that the AI is incredibly dumb, though. Look at how Montezuma placed his two cities. Currently I'm playing my second ever game as Norway on an island map. I'm at war with Greece, terrorizing their coast line with my longships. Greece is responding mostly by pushing out hoplites and embarking them around their coast. So far, I've only seen (and sunk) two greek ships.
You could've just straight up stolen his settler considering that you had a slinger to defend and sued for peace early. was there any reason you didn't steal the settler?
Yea he really shows off the fact he is a new to the game with that move. It is never a negative to take their settler. Just guarantees you'll cripple them.
Drew, you can research and still get the boosts! Just switch when you get at the middle of the research and when you get the boost it gets completed instantly.
Timon van Eijk Saladin was from Ayuubid dynasty (if I spelled that correctly), and their capital was Cairo. Im guessing we will see Mecca as a capital for another leader of Arabia
The fact he's playing as Arabia, is playing Emperor and met the Aztec suggests its the full version. I've seen other content creators like Quill18 get an early version today so its not so strange

can someone help me ? while im playing civ 6 it usually gives me an error says (display driver has stopped working ......) and the game crushes , so i cant play the game for 20 mins it always gives me that error in diffrent times ! anyone can help?

If you build on a resource, do you lose that resource? You were going to put that campus on... sheep or something like that. Do you still get the bonus from the sheep, or don't you care about that?
Am I the only one seeing this? It seems to me that between faction groups, not necessarily factions, the shared units seem to look different to those in another faction group (I.E. European factions vs Asian factions).

A slinger does like 1/20 th of the horses health and gets one-shot by it.
I played Civ 6 for 2 hours today, both games fucked by him.
