Mine keeps running empty pages through the feed, it won't stop until it runs out and then flashes red. It does not print. It begins printing blank sheets endlessly, that's all it does no matter what I try.
Hi Moth, Thanks for your message. The paper you used is direct thermal paper? The printer is diret thermal printer and you need to use the direct thermal label/thermal label for the printing. If you still have problem, please contact info@idprt.com
Thanks for your comments. Currently the released model is only with USB interface, so it don't support the Bluetooth. But soon we will launch the Bluetooth version SP410.
I have been searching for a thermal printer for awhile and I found your channel. Do you have any test versions of the IDPRT SP 410 that you might be giving away for new users?

I just tried to set up my printer and all it's sending out is blank pages(The driver is for the windows desktop setup)
