How in the world do you get this thing to print correctly on the labels that come with this? No matter what we do, the address labels are either too small or too big
Any idea why my brand new one (just unboxed) just pulls in labels infinitely without printing anything? No matter what I do it seems then whenever a print is initiated, it begins rolling the feed through endlessly until it runs out and starts making crazy sounds and flashing red until I put in more paper. At which point is just continues to feed through blank labels endlessly...

Is it compatible with a MacBook cause I can’t get to the driver from my Mac.. it keep saying offline … I have to be printing mailing from my regular printer label size and then glue stick to the labels 🙈

mine does the same thing. have you found the answer to fix it ?
my printer keep printing side ways i straighten it out but it keep printing side ways could help me.

Yes it works with a MacBook. You can get driver from their website, I've just checked and it is online.
What paper size setting did you use ?

Guys its 4 x 6 and for quality of the print go to setings-->devices and printers--->then right click printer preference

It is thermal label, you can buy it online or get it for free from UPS.
