I accidentally ran too much label through the printer and some paper is now stuck under the platen. Is there any way that I can remove the platen to remove the paper? Paper will not budge, and I have tried turning the platen while pulling the paper.
If there is a way to remove the platen I can not find any where to show me how to do so.
I just purchased this printer. I have read other places this can be used to make receipts and invoice sheets that get shipped with a product. I would love to see a video on how to make those with this specific printer, along with the paper you used for the invoices.

Man, I’m kinda having trouble with mine for some reason it’s same. My printer is off-line, but everything is connected. I can’t figure out how to get it off-line so I can print my labels

When I go to print it says IDPRT 310 and I bought a 410

Mine isn’t printing at all
Super frustrated and hoping that, perhaps, you can offer me some guidance. So I bought this exact printer in March 2021. I set it up exactly as your video just showed and then attempted to print a label for an ebay item I'd sold. The only thing it would do is wake up and feed the label through but with no print on the label. It was yet blank. I then contacted the company via email and have 4 separate conversations with them. Nothing they said worked. They asked if I'd installed driver. Answer: Yes, The asked if I had correct thermal labels. Answer: Yes. They had me do a Printer Self Test - It worked and printed fine. Today I got the printer out hoping that because we'd bought an updated mac, perhaps it would work. NOPE. Exact same issues. I am baffled and wondering if you might shed any light on the problem or potential problem?? Also, since having bought this over a year ago, I have continued printing on reg printer and cutting/taping etc. I, soon, will be needing to use it to print a ton of labels and truly do not want to print on printer and cut them all out and then tape to pkgs. WHICH is why I bought it to begin with. Anyhow, David, super anxious for any help I can get. Thanks so much!! Mindy
Hmmm not exactly sure what the issue might be. It should be able to print out.Did you try having them senting you a replacement? Maybe it defect?

@@IsitWorthit1 Thank you for your reply. Just now seeing it. They are ignoring all of my emails now so I take that as their refusal to replace. Not happy with them.
Bummer :-( if they refused you should’ve taken it up with the marketplace where you bought it and failing all else… you could get dirty and do a chargeback on the credit card… or buy another one and do the chargeback on that one and return the first one instead of the new and hopefully working one ;-)
