I loved how the wandering army band used to play the Wild, Wild West theme in Frontierland in Disneyland. I don't know if they still do, but I didn't hear it when I was there recently. It is a great theme.

The bond craze was at the hight in movies and TV shows like man from UNCLE and I Spy and now done in a western setting. Wild Wild West turned out to be the surprise hit in the 1965 season. It is still fresh because it is in a period setting. A timeless classic TV show. 📺

    + Conran Mason
The man who played King Tut on TV's Batman, was none other than the late, great Victor Buono! He appeared in many movies and was considered a fine character actor. May he rest in peace.

I remember watching this series when it first came out: it was brilliant - when you were a ten year old.

I loved that show as a kid growing up. Robert Conrad did his own stunt work on that series, he was very quick.

The theme song by the great Dimitri Tiomkin is outstanding. He also wrote Rawhide. None better. Maybe Jerry Goldsmith? Man from Uncle, Patton, Star Trek. Both are greatness.

Damn! Just found out Mr. Conrad has died. I loved watching him in The Wild Wild West, Black Sheep Squadron and the Battle of The Network Stars. I also had the pleasure of talking to him numerous times n his all show. Goodbye and thanks for the many years of entertainment.

Bob was a Dear friend, neighbor, and mentor of mine. I was a Stunt Double for his TV series in the 90s, High Sierra Search & Rescue on NBC. He handheld me through Every scene. Tough guy Yes, on TV. But in Rel life he was a gentleman who Knew HoW To Treat Women....With Respect! Yes, he was Very respectful towards women. He Also was My softball coach. We lived in the small town of Bear Valley, California and we ALL played softball. But moreso, he was a Good friend and I could go to him with any problem. Same with his wife, LaVelda. Good people, good times. I'll miss him. In fact, just this morning I was thinking, You know Lisa, you'd better call Bob, you gotta tell him........and then it Hit me....he's dead.
Bob? I'll see you When I get there, there's something I gotta tell you 🤙💗.
Rest in peace, my dear friend. We'll do Another Kata soon. Love, You're buddygirl, Lisa 🥋
