    Recipe looking great! will try it out soon and post comments. Maybe in all the videos of get curried the chefs could also break all tikka and tandoor pieces and show how they look from inside. Helps to get a better understanding of the final product

    Brown onions means fried onion n if u dont add papaya fish wl not come out nice .I love all yr recipes

    Hi Varun. New Zealand here. That is just the recipe that I have been looking for. Only problem is that I cannot eat desiccated coconut. Can I replace it with coconut flour, or just leave it out? Thank you Chef.

    I just have one question. How much should one cook this too? Because I'm always scared the meat will be raw and when you keep it longer in the pan it turns out like a kofta.

    Kia Ora from New Zealand! I heard a story that this kebab was "invented" for a Raja that had no teeth, and therefore needed food that was easy to chew. I believe it was also called the Shami Kebab?

    Sir , I'm a commi 3 , I've always learnt if you add salt in the beginning the onions won't caramelize n rather melt . But you told the opposite ! I'm confused now :/

    Seek Kabab is 1000 times better in taste and texture. Kakori and Galoti are good but nothing compared to seek kabab.

    Mango are called malihabadi mangos the variety only grows in malihabad at the outskirts of kakori

    This is nothing close to the authentic recipe. Kakori kababs are never fried.
