My god, those look divine! Thanks to you, I've tried my first indian food and I cant wait to try more of your recipes!! You make indian cuisine so accessible to everyone and not feel so overwhelming to cook at home!! There are no indian restaurants near my home but I always wanted to try curry and I'm so glad I found your channel. Thank you for the work you put in sharing your culture and recipes.
Awesome Recipe by an Excellent Chef...The Bombay Chef Varun Sir...I love the way he describe the recipe and the humbleness and passivity in his conversation....Would like to meet him in person and to talk with him for hours....
Recipe looking great! will try it out soon and post comments. Maybe in all the videos of get curried the chefs could also break all tikka and tandoor pieces and show how they look from inside. Helps to get a better understanding of the final product
Hi Varun. New Zealand here. That is just the recipe that I have been looking for. Only problem is that I cannot eat desiccated coconut. Can I replace it with coconut flour, or just leave it out? Thank you Chef.
I just have one question. How much should one cook this too? Because I'm always scared the meat will be raw and when you keep it longer in the pan it turns out like a kofta.
Kia Ora from New Zealand! I heard a story that this kebab was "invented" for a Raja that had no teeth, and therefore needed food that was easy to chew. I believe it was also called the Shami Kebab?
Sir , I'm a commi 3 , I've always learnt if you add salt in the beginning the onions won't caramelize n rather melt . But you told the opposite ! I'm confused now :/
Wow, I thought Varun was vegetarian. I know him from Rajshri. I'm so disappointed😂😂 I thought all his recipes followed ahimsa. I love his recipes. Wish I could've tried this one.

Thank you for the goat meat recipe. Chevon is so underrated yet is so accessible, affordable and climate friendly. More please^^
Do we need to marinate the meat and let it rest for some time or can we cook it right after marination
Why there are no chillies 🌶 and ginger Garlic paste been used 😢

Could you share the name of the grinder you are using plz ?
Do you think freezing for some time after mixing meat mince and spices will make the handling and frying easy ?
If we are making it on BBQ do we add ghee or oil as a coating over the kabab?
Can you please tell us the mixer grinder you have used
How much kachri powder do we add instead of papaya
Just wanted to know what is kachri &where you get it
Which grinder do you use?
Wow

That's galauti kabab.
Figs are also used as tenderizer.

What is a tenderizer?
Raw papaya is used to cook mutton in 10mins
Khulanjaan, Khus ki jad and Kabab these you forgot. Basically Kakori Kabab actually unani med cum Culinary introduction.
Its instead of dish it came fish typing mistake this papaya and brown onion is used in galouti kebab.
I think Varun Saib you forgot Kababchini (All Spice)
Or buy sausages..
Seek Kabab is 1000 times better in taste and texture. Kakori and Galoti are good but nothing compared to seek kabab.
Where is Smita deo

Mango are called malihabadi mangos the variety only grows in malihabad at the outskirts of kakori
Absolutely poop kabab absolutely it looks!! Absolutely
ABSOLUTELY unnecessarily lengthy video. Just had to ABSOLUTELY get it over the 10 minute mark
🤣🤣🤣🤣

He said absolutely 20times. Wow, it got on my nerves. Good recipe though
Absolutely no spice? Didn’t notice spices going in
This is nothing close to the authentic recipe. Kakori kababs are never fried.
