Wish had a heart for a thumbs up. My favorite cowboy and singer from the 1970s and 1980s. Miss you Chris. Thank god your Son is following. Ned ledoux. Thank you and god bless.
I’m 15 from Idaho I was introduced to his music when I was young and didn’t even know it I started getting into music and re discovered Chris LeDoux and recognized a couple of his songs I’m now planning to do rodeo soon as the season starts thanks for all the good memories Chris LeDoux keep on singing in that great big rodeo in the sky
One of my heroes.. the original "Bareback Jack".. not only a Champion in the arena but also in the arena of life.. Thank you for the ride.. An inspiration 🕊💥 🇺🇸Navajo Nation ,Arizona USA🇺🇸
I met him before a show and had him sign one of my old rodeo numbers. He’s a big guy. I’m 6’ and 200 and he made me feel small. When I shook his hand I realized why I wasn’t a great bareback bronc rider. My hand felt like a little girl hand in his grip. I was amazed and ashamed. He was a real cool dude though and the show was excellent.
His songs have brought me to tears, been theme songs to parts of my life and made me a better person if I'm bieng honest ,it breaks my heart still that he left us, there must be a need for amazing men on the other side of the vail to stand and fight on the spiritual side, and what better leader for the armies of heaven than CHRIS LEDOUX❤❤ luv ya buddy
My mother was one of his nurses in Casper when he died I count him as one of my heros because he was a great influence in my life through his music I met him one time at the east ridge mall at Lou Talberts and he talked to me for about 15 minutes I have never forgot it

Thank you to the makers of this movie for including "Curio" an Australia buckjumper who started her career in 1945 as a 3 yr old in Marrabel Rodeo, S.A. The photo is of Alan Woods in 1953 who looks for all money gone, but who managed to get his seat back and rode time. The first scoring ride on the strawberry roan mare after 8yrs of bucking out. The following year Alan Woods again rode the mare and scored. Curio was ridden a 3rd time in her career, later that day by Buddy Gravener who touched down. She died at the age of 28 in 1970, after producing 5 foals. Again, thank you for including our, probably greatest ever buck jumper in the Chris Le Doux story. i'm sure Chris was as fascinated by that photo as many Australian ringers and rodeo men here were. That photo was on the wall of many ringers quarters which you Americans call bunk houses. A very famous photo instantly recognisable. Check out the photo of Buddy Gravener riding "Cloudbuster" found on Google. ..now to finish watching this preview.
I was in his fan club. I got to meet Chris 2 times in little rock. The first time is when I got my hat sign .that was in 1994 then around 97 98 he was back in little rock Arkansas. He put a good show on.
Got to meet Chris in little rock back in 1994 . Brand New straw cowboy hat he signed hooked on a eight second ride on it two weeks later a Bull stomp me and the hat .I got it still
@@joeybagley3873 Apparently, as rumor has it, my dad and some of his friends went to see Chris LeDoux play when he had a concert in my area in the 90s. At that same concert were my mom with some of her friends and at least two of her siblings. And at the SAME concert, several of my teachers were there. My folks didn't know each other then and my teachers were likely between 16 and early 20s. I forget how many times my dad saw Chris, but I know at least 4-5 times. The last time was when my mom was pregnant with me
My daughter's prayer card had the last part of "the ride" on it. I miss her every single day as I do this man's music.
Love ❤️
