Superiamo la colonna disordinata di camion e ci ritroviamo davanti a una parete. A destra il precipizio, davanti a noi una strada pietraia allagata, il fiume scorre dentro, davanti e lontano una cascata e altri mezzi in sosta, sono macchie bianche; la Royal Enfield arranca di prima, il piccolo 350 ha poco, ma quel poco che ha lo regala generosamente.

Its an Internationally acclaimed adventure road, and dangerous too. I feel so proud that we enjoy this kind of track in our country. Bullet is the only bike on which anybody can show his or her adventure skills.
'Bullet is the only bike ....' - not really. I did a two-up journey of Chandigarh - Shimla - Spiti - Manali - Chandigarh circuit on Honda Unicorn in second half of August 2016. No issues whatsoever. Last year I did Chandigarh - Manali - Leh - Srinagar, also on the same bike.
for me Bullet is the bike which you shouldn't be taking because it is very unreliable. I own one so please don't abuse people.

I visited after 15th May from Manali ; there was lots of snow.
Need to make a tunnel through the mountains , would take away all the risk of incremental weather playing havoc on the hazardous roads .
Te tunnel would easily be 15 to 20 km
RE 350 is enough or we need 500 cc for ladhak
It's enough for that...If you want more than choose Himalayan bcoz noe 500cc not selling
