- My tool box tour after being in the trade for almost a year and a half. Hope you enjoy. Got a new box coming and lots more tools, so ill be uploading lots.

I’m a year and a half into the trade right out of highschool with a 72in classics that’s almost completely full 😂 and I use most of the things every day it just doesn’t stop

After watching many tool box tours from my brothers from the north and every single guy either mention one or both stores, I feel compelled to visit Canada on a mission to check out Canadian tire and princess auto to see what us Americans are missing out on 😂. Thanks for the video good set up for an apprentice eh
They are like the harbour freight of Canada, imo maximum sockets and wrenches from Canadian tire are some top tier tools, comparable with snap ons, but the other tools like ratchets pliers hammers etc aren’t quite as good
Yeas its very similar to harbour freight! Canadian tires maximum line is pretty good id say like icon. And princess auto is the cheapest of the cheapest! Just drove to the city and did some shopping at princess auto yesterday!

For wrench organization look up Toolbox Widgets.
If you have a Harbor Freight in your area, get some of those socket rails there. They can be the cheap spring steel ones, work ok for lighter sockets. Or the $21USD rails that can hold big half inch sockets upside down on the rail and not fall off. Top drawer should be most used tools or all sockets.

@@Jaioctai they make a couple quick clamps that can be switched around so you can clamp inside of a frame. I think they are the Jorgensen 6” quick clamps and I always thought about using those as caliper compressing tools but I’m not sure the side with the trigger would work for that application.
How are those cdn tire maximum sockets? Looking to get some when they’re on sale.
They are really good! Im gunna stick with them for half inch

I started as an oil tech. Wen i started they were looking for an apprentice so i kinda got lucky. Going to school very soon!

@Sid The sloth Hey. All good tools are pink on the inside and never need Superlube-----until they're very old.
Hahah heck no!! They stand out and I’ll always know wich are mine. Black and pink are sooo nicee. Plus nobody will steal them :) and yess the pink snap on stuff actually donates some percentage to breast cancer.
@@Jaioctai I got mine for the same reasons. Also both my grandmas died of breast cancer. And the guys at my last shop said they would take em.
