- Ollie talks to Rabbi Dr Akiva Tatz about why Judaism maintains such a strict sexual code, and understanding the damage that is caused when this powerful experience is channeled inappropriately. Rabbi Tatz is a Senior Lecturer at the JLE UK.
Understanding energy in intimacy and expressing it in privacy. I couldn't agree more On Human Dignity. Thank you very much.
Happy to see very important topics being discussed! I would love to have a conversation with the rabbi as well!
@Adam K Why should I stop at loving the "son", when I can just go to the source of everything - Hashem (G-D), in him is everything including the "son". Its like saying worship the bright Sun, for it is also G-D, everything is. Infinite is everything, all inclusive. You dont need a book or a person to tell you this. If you look at the world you will see and realize it. There is only One. Which means we are all apart of that one. Not in the basic sense of it. We must think a little bit outside of the box. But I'm sure you, like everyone else can and will see it for yourself. Dont take my word for it. Just look around.
@Adam K Do you believe that you too are a son of G-d? Do you believe G-d is Infinite? Do you understand what Oneness is? I'm trying to understand your perspective.
This topic is well worth a full hour
Hi Ollie, I got into watching this channel regularly during the lockdown. I especially like your conversations with Rabbi Tatz, it’d be great to have some more - perhaps at some stage one looking into the comparisons of Judaism with eastern religions.
What a great idea! Perhaps we can do that next...! Ollie
why did it stop ? is it supposed to be only 10 minutes ?
I'm pretty sure that this video is one of several taken from one long interview. A few are already up, and I expect more are on the way.
@@jacobfelix4260 You got that right!
@@JTVGlobalJewishChannel thanks, could you give us the link to the long interview please ? thanks
Just look at the most recent interviews on J-TV's uploads - that's where the other videos with Rabbi Tatz are. We are not uploading the full interview but rather each question one at a time. There is one more still due to come out. Best wishes.
To the interviewer, You need to condense your questions and stop being redundant. Rabbi Tatz is such a great orator and teacher please give him as much time as you can and remove yourself from the role of speaker as much as you can moving forward. Thank you.
