Yes, Christians understand the end times even more than Jews relying on just the Torah and the Prophets. This is because the New Testament book of Revelation contains an upgrade (progressive revelation) on the Old Testament. However, the Law and the Prophets does provide a good foundation.
The definition of "complete" (an adjective used in the title of the 'bible' you recommended) repentance, in Biblical terms, is to resist idol worship, to reject any religion or philosophy which would depict G-d as wood, stone, celestrial, or human (etc.). There wasn't world peace before Islam. Human beings would just find another sect to follow. Some of the problem is tribalism, some of it is psychological manipulation. There are commonalities between how grifters scam people and how psychological vulnerable people are manipulated into joining cults. It is unbelievably ironic that the current day "Palestinians"- Israel's bitter enemy - are named after Israel's ancient enemy - the philisitins, in Hebrew meaning = פלישתים, "invaders". And where are the Palestinians located? In Gaza- where the philisitins settled.

I have been providing information that Arafat took the name away from Jews after they were called Palestinians for 2000 years as a kind of theft as for those 2000 years Jews in Palestine suffered under that name as Palestinians. I remember being confused as to who was who as the name Palestinian was newly attached to Arabs. At University of Wisconsin-Madison I wrote a paper exposing the genious of Ezekiel 37. The first half, verses 1-14 are a mirror of verses 15-28, except the valley of bones is about the House of Israel through time (old bones, 'these bones are the whole House of Israel'...) resurect the entire Jewish people. Verses 15-28 are much the same but though all space at one time. You take all time through one place and all space through one time, you covered all. The author used incredible symbolism with one (for unity) and two (for division). The House of Israel is currently divided, but will be re-united according to Ezekiel 37.

I personally sense that the unreasonable standard the world (sub/consciously) holds Israel to comes from a spiritual drive to define what לאור גוים being 'a light unto the nations' means. Seen in that 'light' perhaps part of that pious projection is to both humbly and proudly champion (as we do) the principles of preserving human life and dignity, even within the challenge of conflict.

I’ve been a Christian for 9 years and have never heard a single Christina be critical of Jews let alone persecute them. And that’s because Jesus said to love thy neighbour. Anyone, who persecuted the Jewish were western and European but definitely not Christian.
In the past, starting with the 1st century church, there was much conflict between the followers of Jesus, though they were Jews, and those of the synagogue. The traditional Jews thought that Christian Jews should be circumcised and follow the laws of Moses. This led to a split and a disassociation between them. This led to the eventual persecution of the Jews. In the Middle Ages the church was completely controlled by Rome, most people were illiterate, and the Bible was a forbidden book only open to the priests, most of whom were also illiterate. The Jews were thought to be the people who crucified the Christ they persecuted the Jews. Sadly it wasn't till much later that people were thought to read from the Bible that the enlightenment came. It was all of us who crucified the Christ, non of us were exempt.But it took years for this understanding to spread among the Cistian church. There are still denominations that have not grasped this truth.
@@corriehordyk3342 thank you for your comment but I disagree. There’s wasn’t much conflict in the early Church. It was the Jews and the Roman’s persecuting the Christians. The Bible even records Steven being stoned to death and Saul heading to Damascus to persecute Christians. Jesus said that if people rejected him to move on. There is or was no command for violence only evangelism.
I agree that most people were illiterate in the Middle Ages and the Priests would lie and manipulate the congregation. However, I did Church history in my theology degree and I haven’t heard before of Priests blaming the Jews for the crucifixion. It’s definitely possible to deflect attention from the Romans but I’ll have to investigate.
I could be wrong and just wasn’t informed, can you point me to any sources for this please if you have time? Even so if this were true, I don’t think it’s a fair statement to say that Christians persecute or have persecuted Jews. Every Christian I know supports Israel and even Natanhatu publicly thanked Christian’s. Thank you for your message.

You do not know enough about Islam, Quran or Hadiths to present this.
Hadiths are about the stories and anecdotes. as an example of Mohammed's life to be followed. It's a separate book from the Quran.
The Qu'ran is declared to be the final version, the revelation from Allah through the night journey of Mohammed from mecca to location of the A Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem. It declared itself to be replacement of both the Old and new testaments. Quran is quite different and shorter. It is not a sequential series of stories but more like poetic statements and declarations in no order except the longest are presented first. Here and there in quran, the stories of Judaism and Christianity are retold in their own version which replaced the originals. Basically, they declare, latest is greatest and correct and does not vary.

Deuteronomy 32:21 refers to Christianity (cf. Romans 10:19). Now what are the odds that this would fulfilled, that this persecuted uneducated small group of first Jewish people, later joined by Gentiles, would turn the whole world upside down?

It took the Christian world far too long to come to grips with the Word of God regarding His land and His people. Yet it is clearly spelled out in both the Old Covenant books (the Torah) and in the New Covenant books (the New Testament).
Unfortunately, "affordable". English translated Bible came later. And truthfully with its thickness most people are not encourage to read it, they relied only on what their priest/pastors teach.
As a Christian always open minded and seeking wisdom enjoyed this lesson full of good logic look forward to listening to video again and again
