How to get a new Town started with Demanding Residential Requirements, avoiding the critical red approval rating and going above 50% for positive population growth within less than 1 year. Let me know if this strategy worked for you!

As soon as the initial set of peasants get into Houses that removes their Homeless negative rating, but then it immediately activates their initial main set of needs (Church access, Food Stall, Firewood Stall, and Clothing Stall). If you build houses for them before the church & stalls are setup for them to access then your approval will very quickly dip into the critical red rating and families will start leaving. So getting that infrastructure setup before you build their houses is the key for your town to kickstart growth on challenging settings currently.
