Rosemary oil! Just put 5-7 drops of concentrated rosemary oil in your shampoo every time you wash, wash your hair and use a silicone scalp massager, rinse and you’re good to go. I dealt with hair loss and I totally got it reversed with this method. Good luck!

Also very important thing is to shampoo twice per wash with a gentle shampoo, and use a chemical peel once/twice a week, it should keep your hair follicles nice and healthy
Hair grows from within, so all external things like oil, special shampoo etc will not go to the cause of your hair loss. Hormones, some nutrient difficiency, sleep, stress, could all be the cause of that. You should really see your doctor or a specialist (hair trichologist) to have it checked out. As for cod: it's becoming a rare fish, as tuna, hence the price. Better choose cheaper options?
@@lydiacarels7912I would not agree fully. Topical (herbal) remedies have been around for ages. So I wouldn’t knock them until tried. When they don’t work, medical assistance is advised. But so many oils, tinctures, teas or salves are helping millions of people to this day, so I wouldn’t disregard these per se.
If you stopped using your contraceptive that will have an impact on your hormone levels and can cause hair loss/thinning

@@birtahlin yes!! Cafes like Ø12 and Buka and so many thrift stores were some places but I did take quite a touristy approach for my first time there. I would definitely love to go back some day for a longe period of time and experience Copenhagen as more of a local bc it was such a great place I just wanted to stay 😭

I like doing coconut and olive/avocado oil on the day I wash my hair (once a week). I always now brush my hair dry because that helps distribute the oil throughout your hair and allows you to not wash so frequently. Matilda is so cute :)

Scalp oiling is an absolute game changer for hair! It just needs consistency and time....I would also recommend doing the blood tests for any deficiencies which can cause hair fall. There are certain components which if in deficiency can cause a significant hair loss. GOOD LUCK

K18! Hey Brita, I use a conditioner on my hair and then I alternate it with the K18 leave in hair mask. It's a bit pricy but very worth it. I never used anything else that makes an instant difference in the texture of my hair, it feels more healthy and soft. I put all my girlfriends on it, you should give it a try! They have a small tester bottle as well if you don't want to spend the full price yet. X

Loved this vlog Birta. Pro tip: when it comes to your skincare ointments like the ordinary serum you used in the beginning, don’t let the syringe touch your skin. Drop the ointment in your palm first and then spread it across your skin otherwise you’ll contaminate the hyaluronic acid

Wow! I’m surprised how expensive cod was. It’s considered a cheaper fish, I thought. I’m in California, and I think it comes from Alaska or Canada, here. Your piece looked to be $11-$14 worth. The recipe looked pretty tasty!

Hi Birta, for healthier hair, first of all your level of Ferritin has to be at least 50. This is the ideal level .If someone is loosing hair also has to check her thyroid hormones. Rest is up to you. Use rosemary oil, olive oil whatever you like coconut oil,avacodo etc. With love and best of everything.

brita! i’ve been on a hair growth journey too. i use castor oil that has rosemary and mint in it 2x a week on my scalp on my hair wash days. however, i will say it does come to diet too. i’ve been eating more food like fish, eggs, avocados, bell peppers, nuts and seeds (biotin, collagen, vitamin c) and drinking more water which has made my hair stronger.

Hi Birta, I too was going through a phase with my hair not being very healthy and after a little research, I visited the health/organic food store and purchased Biotin capsules. I take 1000mg a day and have been for a long time now. I can honestly say, that not only did my hair become thicker and heathier looking...but it grows a lot quicker too! Have a read online and do your own research - but they worked for me. Also, hair health depends on "internal" factors too - i.e. diet, sleep, not using too much heat styling too often. I also wash the roots/scalp only most of the time and let shampoo rinse the ends naturally without striping the hair. Focus on a good diet, water, good sleep etc..and this will reflect on your skin, hair and overall wellbeing. Products are good, but will just coat the hair and not actually remedy the issue. 😊
