If you buy panniers and want to put them on backwards that's up to you. The bigger side of the bag is the front with the pockets on, which go towards the front of the bike. The smaller side of the bag goes towards the back of the bike. As you can see, the bags are at a slight angle so the smaller side go over/behind the indicators without hitting them. The velcro straps can either go underneath the seat or the front one under the seat and the rear over the seat. View pics at the end of video.
The single strap is the front of the bag lol the two d clips go at the rear so that you can secure the bag at the top and to the underneath of the bike can't see y you would have them facing the other way

yeah spin those bad boys round.also gives more clearance from the exhursts
I normally keep it in my wallet. lol
