    I've been taking 8 Serretia 3xs per day for 7 days, and along with massage with warm castor oil, the scar tissue that formed from lymph edema under a tummy tuck 11 years ago is finally going down, and feeling mushy, rather than solid like before. Much of that area was also numb and had no feeling. I'm getting feeling back! I've also lost 5 lbs. I'll keep posting my weekly updates here in the comments section!

    I've been Mom's total caregiver for months after giving her cpr following a stroke. I was recently involved in an incident where my 35 year old nephew (sadly has mental illness) was in a heated argument with my sister. I tried to calm things down and instead he punched me. In the ER they glued shut the cuts on my face. I'm now left with a few scars. I've been suffering with ptsd. Finding your video and remedy has given me a new hope. I can not wait to get started on your protocol. Thank you so much for sharing!

    I have internal scar tissue around my jaw bone due to a dental surgery pulling a wisdom tooth. This happened 7years ago and unfortunately I haven't been able to open my mouth which is unbelievable. Scar tissue Extended from my temple to lower jaw only on the left side of my face joining facial bones together. I can't open my mouth not 1 centimeter. Without steroids it will inflame and cause headaches. I had a feeding tube to keep myself healthy. I became malnourished within the first year it happened. Praying that these steps you provided heals me completely. Thanks for the information.

    I an so glad to have found so.eone who can shed some light on my scarring. I'm a gastroschisis survior, one of the first to live in my region. And I've lived with scars and scar tissue my whole life. When a new doctor sees my surgical scars they've asked me who did this to me, because none should have a licience after leaving me this scared up. Then I tell them I was born with gastroschisis in the 70s, and they are somewhat appeased. I've recently had surgery to remove scar tissue along with cross section and adhesions removed, twisted bowel. Is there a way to see you for a protocol that would be tailored to my issues? I'm not sure where your located, but I would love to see you in person.

      I have had mine for 40 yrs. Started as what looked like a bug bite but a pcp decided it should be bx’d then it grew bigger and then went me to plastic surgeon and have had 3 keloid removal attempts with each time stretching out further as they grew back. Most the time it doesn’t bother me but when it flares up, it’s really intense. I just wear higher neck tops to cover as it’s wide.

  • @Scrapperbabs
    @Scrapperbabs 5 років тому +1

    Dr Gallagher, I am intrigued by your video on scar tissue removal. I am one of those scar tissue builders. Presently, I am dealing with scar tissue trapping the nerves in my foot. I had two ankle surgeries for a torn peroneal brevis tendon. The first, 10/17 was to repair the 50% torn tendon. After 3 months post-op, an MRI was done again and showed the tendon was completely torn. I changed surgeons and the 2nd surgery, 3/18, was an ankle reconstruction. The 2nd surgeon removed 1-1/2 inch thick scar tissue all over my foot, repaired the ligaments, and replaced the peroneal brevis tendon with a cadaver tendon. I have 4 incision scars where he went in; a 10" scar on the side of my foot that runs from my little toe all the way to my ankle bone and up 90 degrees about 4". Another two small entries on the top of my foot, one on the inside of my foot and another on the inside of my lower leg about 6" up. It has been 11 months and my foot is numb from the small toe and progressing toward the big toe and about half of the top of my foot is numb. This is causing extreme instability when walking because I have no feeling on the outside of my foot. I am afraid of falling and breaking a bone, and then I will have another problem. The awkward gait has shifted my back out of alignment so bad, the chiropractor cannot even keep me adjusted. So, now I have back issues as well. The doctor says to just continue with PT, and he says surgery to remove the scar tissue would just grow back scar tissue. He also says that the cadaver tendon is just not strong enough because it is causing my foot to want to roll to the outside. Two years ago, before these surgeries, I was in better shape even though I had a torn tendon. I am healthy otherwise, 67 years old, and have been active doing many things. I still work in my office, owning my own business, in several service clubs, active in my church, the chamber of commerce, etc. I have been in physical therapy and the PT is using the massage technique to try and break up the scar tissue, using the tens unit, and icing. I am also using compression stockings to keep the inflammation down, along with the anti-inflammatory medicine, Mobic. I have a lot of inflammation from this in my ankle and lower leg, to the point that my lower leg has taken on a different shape with a dent in the outside of the leg about 4 inches above my ankle. Above that, the leg thins out, then widens in circumference up to my knee. I am interested in trying the Proteolytic Enzyme capsules if I can get that many down per day, and the castor oil packs. I will also try the pinch and twist. In watching this video, I realize that my belly most likely is full of scar tissue as well. I had three abdominal surgeries in an 8 month period in the year 20.00. My stomach was swollen and never went back down after those surgeries, (1 colon, 1 small intestine, 1 complete hysterectomy) between January and August. I will try the castor oil pack on my stomach as well. If I didn't have this issue, I would be fine.I am really hoping your protocol of the enzyme capsules, castor oil pack, and massaging the scar tissue works.

    I have dealt with abdominal scar tissue for years. I’ve seen a physical therapist several times and found it very beneficial. In May I had the left lobe of my thyroid removed. I did have some bulging after the initial healing process that I was able to message away. However, I did get some other scar tissue that connected behind my scar to my esophagus. Every time I swallow it pulls and looks like an upside down ‘V.’ My ENT said he never had anyone have this happen. He called it tethering. So he gave me 2-3 rounds of a type of steroid over a few months time. Unfortunately, it ate away at the fatty tissue in my neck that left indenting. I’m extremely frustrated about the whole ordeal. I’m continuing to message because if I don’t my neck starts hurting. Do you think those enzymes would help me? Any remedies for having too much steroids in the skin? Can you recommend anything else?

    Hi Dr. Melissa G. - I heard "several times throughout the day usually it's equivalent of eight to ten capsules of the proteolytic enzymes". Does that mean after the 3 times, you should have taken 8-10 on the day or, is it what the comments section believes, in that, at the end of the day, you should have taken 24-30 capsules?

    • @NaturalHealthResources
      @NaturalHealthResources  7 місяців тому

      Hey there! Thanks for reaching out with your question. When it comes to taking proteolytic enzymes, the recommended dosage typically refers to the total amount spread throughout the day, not all at once. So if the suggestion is to take 8-10 capsules in total, it's usually divided into multiple doses across the day. Always follow the specific instructions provided by the product

    I've had many surgeries, cuts, burns, chronic eczema, and dyshidrosis from severe nickel sensitivity. All my scars are keloid scars. I've had a complete hysterectomy and prophylactic bilateral mastectomy surgery, so am low on collagen and hormones. This made it worse for me, being one of your super scarrers.
    It's funny, I just started using castor oil on them 2 weeks ago and was now looking for a way to minimize loose skin as I lose 100lbs of fat on a modified keto diet that is low nickel and anti inflammatory. This will be a lot of help. Thanks!

    • @NaturalHealthResources
      @NaturalHealthResources  Рік тому

      @rafael02130, using castor oil on the face can have mixed results when it comes to minimizing post-acne and atrophic scars. While some people have reported positive effects, such as improved skin texture and reduced appearance of scars, others have experienced clogged pores and breakouts. It's important to note that everyone's skin is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. If you're considering using castor oil on your face, it's recommended to do a patch test on a small area of skin first to see how your skin reacts

      @@janastrevey4488I don't know your specific condition and I'm not a doc but I recommend you try the castor oil packs, massaging straight after and finger/hand stretches targeted to the scarring. Done as daily as possible this can make a big difference.
      My whole body is scarred from 3rd degree burns. Not the unsightly surface scars but deep adhesions and aggressive scar bands that limit movement. Couldn't even stand up straight because there wasn't enough skin after the shrinking caused by healing, and even now I must pull against scar bands to do nearly everything. If I hadn't aggressively massaged and moved to work that scar tissue I'd be bed-ridden. But it was a full time job because there was so much area to work. With just your hand to focus on it is much more manageable. The hot castor pack, massaging, then exercises while watching TV or relaxing. If the movement is difficult then that's the movement you want, but only to the first edge of challenge so you can continually but very gradually push that frontier.
      Do not give up. There is something you can do. Just give it a try but be patient and persistent. Scarring can get worse when ignored.

    Four abdominal surgeries were performed approximately two years ago, all reentering the original incision, and all within a time period of approximately 5 months. Infections occurred with each surgery including one post surgery after hernias developed from the weaked abdominal wall. The surface of my abdomen burst open two times during this period as a result of infections. The surgeons (three in all) offered no follow up care regarding scar tissue or the possible growth of adhesions beneath the surface. Because of persistent pain and what looks like a bear claw attack on my stomach, I began to research scar tissue revision and discovered your video. I am using the Serretia and have been through five bottles so far, taking 8-10 capsules twice a day. Taking it three times a day has been cumbersome. How long do you recommend this protocol? Is three times per day absolutely necessary? Or will the morning and bedtime work? When might a "maintenance dose" be effective for long term? How will I know that it has been effective? The information regarding adhesion formation took the blood from my head. My external scar is not what you would call a keloid scar. It is more like a ditch, resulting from lost skin tissue when infections burst through and the subsequent dead tissue had to be removed, and has "mounds" of fatty tissue on both sides of the scar. Two separate rounds with a "wound vac", in addition to a tummy tuck during the closing of the last hernia surgery made some difference I suppose, but then I don't know what it would have looked like without them. The infections brought me within 24 hours of death twice. The whole ordeal has been mentally, emotionally and physically difficult to overcome but I'm working on it.
    Thank you for your video. It has given me "some" hope that no abdominal invasion will occur again. I honestly don't think I would allow it. Any thoughts addressing the above questions would be greatly appreciated.
