The physics is weird for shadow people.

I've never had an actual nightmare unfortunately. There's been a few times where one has kinda been forming, like being chased by someone, but it always turns into a game within the dream, usually Dead by Daylight or something similar and it never makes me feel scared at all.

A tip I’ve come up with is if you become lucid enough to know you are dreaming you need to remember you can make stuff appear to face your pursuer. An example I will give is one I used to have where this old man was hunting me (as in not just chasing but hunting). At some point I realized I was dreaming and I could control the dream. So I envisioned a knife and it appeared, I then confronted and won the fight. Jessie yours honestly could be a lot of things. A spirit could be trying to seek you out for good or ill, or it could be something you need to handle in waking life. I’m sure your sister will have a better answer for you. Take care to all of you.

50:59 i have a rescoring dream where it was a puzzle with cubes, a buttons, and a trap door on a ledge that the buttons open (in the dream i couldn't figure the puzzle out but in retrospective its really easy) and in my dream i even recall thinking "grrr this puzzle should be so easy but i just cant do it" then after a while everything goes black and then a giant white letter Q appears but something was odd about the letter idk how to describe it but the letter just looked weird like it couldn't exist yet is, and that strange q still haunts me ( metaphorically speaking) every time i close my eyes that odd letter Q appears

I have a stuffed bear I got from a cousin years ago and every time I suffered from sleep paralysis I had that bear with me and would always have nightmares of its smile turning into razor sharp teeth and having to wrestle it. Most of the time dream ended with it running at me and I would wake up not being able to move and due to moving in my sleep knocked the bear out of peripheral vision
