Looking at the Food I really think as a small business they should be supported by the Local Community . I have not been there but I plan on visiting them so show up and give them some Support
I went here a few months ago and enjoyed myself and would come back. Friendly service, great selection of food. Think food court food but better quality and some unique Taiwanese food and flavours. Should support the place. I hope they succeed. Great place.
tap water is not free here. you pay $2 for the cup, and you can use that to fill water from the soda machine. the food is really salty, so if you opt out, you'll be craving that water
Like how the owner makes food for the people and keep prices low and takes no tips. Tipping has gone out of control in all mall food courts. Or when u order take out and machine demands 15% -30% minimum some others make it 20%-40% tip. . Tips should always be rewarded to the salesperson/server for outstanding service or customer service, its becoming a new type of tax we all have to pay. This place looks awsome. I really want to eat there one day
Another two ways to look at it 1. Canadian Chinese takeout "combo" for 1 would be about $5 less. And Not AYCE. Those combos are usually 70% fried rice anyway. Here, you're paying for a little more selection and get more volume 2. Fast food combo is about the same price , value for dollar would be this place. Mystery meat is mystery meat, regardless if it comes in a patty form, or broken up into a sauce
I arrived just before opening hours so only 1 other customer when I shot the video. Most customers came in, packed their large takeout container and left.

Fantastic suggestion. I'm all for supporting local small businesses.
Well in this area competition is fierce. There are hundreds of restaurants and small businesses.

That is fantastic to see! They also don't accept tips!! wow! Refreshing, i am on the way.
Binh, as I said in my description check to see if it's still open. Some have hinted it's now closed. Google says it's still open. Thanks.

This place is gonna blow up in popularity. Why is that place so small and it looks so depressing...
Is the $2 for drinks optional? Meaning you opt out and can choose free (tap) water instead?
Yes. Optional.

They have the spit guard backwards. Hope yours didn't get on the food
this is the one place i kinda want to tip at
Nice!
Let's check it out!
No tip policy is a first that've heard of. If service is good then I tip.
I tried to tip but it wasn't accepted. There are the odd Toronto restaurants with a no tip policy but they are mainly downtown.
