Best Lobster Abalone & Peking Duck Buffet in Canada! Ultimate Feast @ Dragon Pearl Buffet

- The great feasts and buffets continue in Toronto and a big thank you to everyone for all their suggestions and recommendations. What a great way to visit and spend a vacation in this amazing city! Touring all the great eateries that are tried and tested from you all! I think the Dragon Pearl buffet is the best Lobster, Abalone, and Peking Duck buffet in Canada! I don't think I've seen another place that offers all these items together. Albeit, the lobsters and abalone were limited to one server, but the endless Peking Duck more than compensated for that.
A great thank you to all the servers and hosts for the warm and welcoming experience. From May, Jenifer, Ren to the noodle master, Peregrine; they made it a great experience. I hope you get a chance to give it a try the next time you visit Toronto!

Hey Tim, thank you so much for showing us around Dragon Pearl Buffet. Hopefully one day my family and I can share the same experience as you had at this establishment. Also thank you for providing us with the price points as well. It is harder and harder to follow other UA-camrs who have to post the places but never post the estimated price point for the thins that they had. So thanks!
$39.95 is a fair price with one half lobster. $99.95 with all you can eat lobster would also be a fair price to. This buffet looks amazing for $39.95. Nice video Tim once again.

I haven't been to Dragon Pearl but Mike has been many times and loves it. Looks like it still has a wonderful selection of tasty food. You do a great job of holding the camera in one hand and filming while dishing up food with the other and continuing to describe what you're doing...Amazing!
This was a very surprisingly nice find. I was certainly not expecting all that and really grateful for the people who recommended it.

Wow! Prime rib, lobster, Peking duck, abalone and seafood boil looks so delicious. This buffet is amazing. I guess it pays to come early since everything looks so fresh. Also enjoyed the Toronto scenery.

@@TimLeeLetsGo Another buffet I would recommend for you if not for the food but the experience is Genghis Khan Mongolian Grill. However, the buffet section closed down last year due to the ongoing pandemic and the owners don't know when they will reopen. You can try it the next time you're in Toronto and when the pandemic is over.

That used to be a Mexican restaurant called Chi chi . Now its Dragon pearls buffet. It's very good. For price and quality and selections. Nobody can do better.

Thanks for this video. I never been to a buffet with Peking duck or maybe roast duck. I always go for the main items. All prices went up but $39 cad is a good deal with so much food to choose from. Enjoy your next food blog.

Everything on your plate looks exquisite. Thx for plating in batches because I would be there all day savoring two or three items at a time, starting with cold stuff. Then the deep fried and then to hot and finally the Lobster. Is this how it is in Heaven? Thx for sharing.

I grew up Toronto but have been here in Vancouver for a long time. I wish Vancouver had these kinds of buffets😀. It just seems that food prices are soo much cheaper in Toronto.

Crispy Duck & Lobster Stole The Buffet For Me. Such A Yummy Video From Start To Finish. I Think If I Was Going For ONLY Prime Rib I Would Go To The Other Place. I Think It Was The Mandarin.
I was pleasantly surprise at the offerings from the Dragon Pearl and I think the noodles made the difference... It didn't look like much, but very tasty (but unfortunately, it's quite a filling item) ;-)

Based on your videos and Vancouver food costs it seems there is not a wealth of good buffets there. I don't go to buffets alot because there are a lot of bad buffets in Toronto, but you made me realize we also have a lot of good buffets here (and some which have peking duck).

Hi Sue, yeah, I was grateful to get the suggestions. It was a toss up between Dragon Legend and Dragon Pearl but I suppose one can't really go wrong either way. I did the Fisherman Lobster from one of Mike Chen's / Strictly Dumpling video. That place looks amazing!

This is their lil sis rest there's the big sis Dragon Legend in Richmond Hill, same concept n deco, peking duck n roast beef r usually offer on the weekends, the sitting halls r in a grander scale which is great to celebrate wedding, baby birth, grandpa n grandma anniversary etc...
Oh my God, a buffet that have abalone and lobster in Canada is just awesome!!!!!! You won't find such a buffet in the United States unfortunately!!!!!! And that longevity soup looks awesome too. Unfortunately, at this time in my life, I can not travel to Canada. We do have Chinese seafood restaurants that have the big abalones and small abalones and sea cucumbers. But no buffets will have these gourmet seafood. Thank you for showing us a awesome buffet.

So good to see you back on the buffet circuit, so to speak. We're not quite there yet here in the D.C area. In fact, one of my favorite South Indian restaurants, Woodlands in Langley Park, MD, near the university, was a victim of the downturn. They have merged with their parent company, but if you adore South Indian cuisine as I do, it was wonderful, and I truly miss it. I was hoping you could make it to D.C. to try it, but, other issues interceded. This buffet looked amazing, although, as a vegetarian (who will eat seafood), it may have been limited. I confess to Peking Duck in New York, and San Francisco, LOL. Tell no one. My husband is from Ecuador, so he is the carnivore in the family. All the best to you. Glad there is more normalcy, albeit with masks and gloves, but I think these will be with us for a while. Still working from home, but it's still work, and still busy.
Oh, that's too bad to hear and South Indian dishes are very nice indeed. Likewise here wrt working from but trying really hard to find time to use the vacation days. Indian buffets are great for veg and non-veg 😋
