When a car is stopped at a red light they come at you fast when you're not paying attention, lol. Probably thought the other car wouldn't stop and he would blow through it? Seen that happen as well. LOL
This accident was likely caused by multiple attributes. The driver of the black SUV likely stop rapidly for a light that just changed orange. The driver on the truck on the other hand likely did not see the brake lights on the SUV due to the glare of the sunlight and assumed that the black SUV was going to roll through as the vehicle in the other lane did. Or the driver in the black SUV slammed on the brakes for an insurance pay out.
