You guys are awesome. I love that you helped Joe and Emma Lee out. I have been watching them from the start. I told Joe to tear it down and start fresh but that would have been too much for them alone.

I have been watching Joe and Emma Lee fight this dragon from the beginning. I knew that beast was going to be nothing less than impossible! But, it has been like one of those train wrecks that you just can't help but watch. What you have done blows my mind. I knew it would take a big boost from somebody who really knew how to do this kind of work to give them a chance... and WOW! You guys are magic! I hope you gave them enough knowledge to keep working at that dragon! Well, maybe its not such a dragon anymore and is more like big ol' stallion that just needs patiently tamed with a little more time and patients. What a great start you gave them!
Loved the birthday fun... I giggled through all of what you shared with us. And you guys are SOOO lucky to get to have some of Emma Lee's amazing sourdough bread! I have never tasted it, of course, but it always looks yummy and like a piece of art!

One more quick question. How thick was the plywood you used? Did you use a thicker piece on the top? Once again, it was a pleasure to see all your good work and it sure is nice to make a new friend!

They are such troopers for taking on such a difficult build for their first one! Thank you for such kind words and for the support:) the sides were 1/8th inch and the top was 1/4 inch 😊

Actually I'm just getting ready to do this to my ford f150 4×4 so perfect timing you 2. Oh and the only thing structurally holding that thing together was the cheap af cabinets. Good thing you're starting from scratch and you can always reuse water pumps and the sink, sure there's a couple parts worth recycling. Hopefully it works out for all of you.

Aw thank you for checking in, that is so sweet! Mom and dad are doing great. They're in a beautiful rental right by the water and getting ready to rebuild their house. Lots of changes for them but I think it'll be a fun new adventure 😊 hope all is well with you!
That's great news!!! I'm so happy for them. I'm doing much better. Finally back to working. Unemployment sux!! I'm tired of being home lol. I'm so bored I could probably build a house if I had the tools to do so. I love to be utilized. Anyway, Happy Thanksgiving!
