      - a tired salary men is a less productive worker
      - they understood that having people working overtime everyday is toxic for their health
      - they care about their image + talents are actualy more willing to enter a compagny if they can work less

Not going to lie, I'm pausing the video and taking a look at his code :D Interestingly they used the Unreal Engine for code vein and the code the guy is writing in is all in English even the custom functions he's clearly got going. I wonder if they have overseas programmers who take a look at it as well? I've been coding for about 4 years now and I'm a little disturbed that I can read and make sense of bits of code even from just a couple of seconds footage.
Edit: Oh wait, in the later video there's some Japanese kanji, I think those are comments though, yep, just double checked 10:11, so programming in English, comments in Japanese.

@@Juke172 Not everywhere. In IT companies it's not uncommon to have much of free time actually, as long as you do your job. That's how Scrum works. You have tasks for 1-2 week period and if you do it faster it usually means free time or working on something with low priority.

@@Hato1992 Yeah I'm working in IT company and I can relate to that, that's why IT companies implemented monthly salaries, to motivate you to complete tasks faster because you ain't getting shit for staying overtime(well, depends on the contract)

I'm not quite sure about the number 7 though. Well, if it's measured by Japanese standard, it's considered good. Idk about other country.

Ikr!? I've been practicing my Japanese and coding skills every day (for a year now) so that I might one day get a chance of having such a job. It might never happen regardless but this video just gave me a motivation boost to keep at it.
