Hi guys! I forgot to add that I checked 2 other apartments but I couldn't get clips of them.
So in total that's 15 apartments.
I used different agents but I have one that's very reliable. If you need his contact let me know in the comment section.
Every agent charges an inspection fee separate from what you will pay for the house. It ranges from N3,000 - 5,000

I’ve been watching a lot of these videos about house hunting in Abuja and I’m just exhausted from watching. You go through 20 houses before you find one good one.. I really like Abuja and thinking about residing there, but I can’t do the going in and out of dirty homes like that.. Will they send you pictures so you can pick the one you want to visit beforehand?
Honestly, the entire house hunting process is very exhausting! But you have to go through it cause thats how you'll get a house.
Yes, the agents will actually send you videos but they'd rather you physically see the houses cause they'll charge you to show you these houses.
Once you've paid their inspection fee then they can show you the houses via pictures and videos next time.

I also can't give out the exact amount but it ranges between 300,000 to 400,000.

With the right agent you’ll be able to get an affordable apartment. Sure the cost of things has skyrocketed with with a good budget you should see something.

You can get affordable 2 bedrooms in Piwoyi, Lugbe, Kubwa, Goro, Jikwoyi, Karu. The options are limitless. What’s your Instagram handle.

Lol as in! It's in Gwarinpa. Houses in gwarimpa are very over priced but the thing is the roads leading to the houses are perfect! Unlike some areas. I desperately wanted a house in gwarimpa cause it gives that estate vibe but oh well

Lol they’re just after money. As long as they’re getting their cut it doesn’t concern them where you stay. I’ve learned my lesson sha. I know the agents to use and not to use now
