Thanks for this vlog. Was looking up Abuja living and your vlog popped up. I hope to relocate January 2024 to Abj but the rents are monstrous. Even mud houses in Durumi is going for 400k for rubbish. I would rather go to Karu or Nyanya since I run run my own business. I am a new subscriber

There's old karu and there's karu site the places showed with good road in this video is karu site 300-500 self con and yeah good road but the other places you mentioned 🤞

Usually all homes come with water except on rare occasions

Actually kubwa is far better i leave here and I can guarantee you that kubwa has the best appartment to leave cool estates too but phase 4 is no no for me is not a bad environment it's cool but they have Old houses there. Kubwa is very accommodating.
