But you still have to hand off the cars all the time so it's not 100% passive right? Edit: Nevermind I saw the comments about the lockboxes. What about taking pictures before hand offs? How passive can this business be?
OMG. This is the best thing ever. We created message templates but were sending them out ourselves. This is a game changer for us. We already outsourced driving the vehicles to the airport and car wash. And were only answering and sending messages! Looks like now we'll be able to spend a 1-2 hours per day on this 'side hustle'
I gotta say your attitude and your level of confidence in how you feel passion for the simplicity is awesome! Definitely need 2 platforms to send the message and this solved everything thanks your a kick ass human rock onnnnnn! 🙌❤️
I don't have a Turo business but I really dig your videos and ideas on automation, optimizing work processes, and having efficient systems in place through continuous improvement. Really applicable at working smarter in life in general.
There is brand new tech that can remote unlock almost any car, without setting off the alarm. We have been using this where keyboxes draw unwanted attention.
Hi Aubrey. With the recent announcement from Turo stating they will be no longer allow services like Carsync to use their API, what are your plans? I have a feeling you have a, “Plan B, Plan C, Plan D” in your back pocket. Also, is there anything we, your audience, can do to help Carsync and similar services in a constructive way? Thanks!
I’m a little confused by this…while I understand that the goal for automation would resonate with anyone since we want our streams to be as passive as possible, I don’t understand why you would say the job that comes with it is frankly not worth it. If your fleet makes you 10-20k revenue per month, I would think that the job is worth it.
Hey Aubrey I watch your channel along with a few others and your course seems affordable. I only have one car on the platform as of now and I’m looking to expand. The twist is I’m in the military and have a deployment coming up. Honestly, can your course help someone like me?
Hey Aubrey I love your channel by the way. I am in Indiana and have 3 vehicles in my fleet. I’m in northern Indiana. And I am wondering is there a way to have my car on both Turo and hyre car? Is there a app to sync my calendars and booking?
Hi, Aubrey I've been watching your videos for a while and I want to start a small fleet on Turo , I've done my research of vehicles in my area but I would like to have your input on a Hummer. Thanks
Hello Aubrey, at 6.15 in the video you say i lets people check out different markets to make research but i couldn't figure that out. i can't change the radius of turo demand index. can you help?
@@AubreyJanik okay, them where do you put them? And can the codes be changed for different customers so that they can't come back the next day and try to take the key & car without paying for it's use? 🤔
Aubrey, just wondering if you're still using CarSync? I'm interested in looking into it, but wanted to know if you still find it valuable after a year from posting this content.
Keeping Turo as a semi-passive business/income stream is really important to me because I don't want to have to revolve every waking day/moment around guests and when they pick up my cars. If I didn't have these processes in place it would be REALLY hard to have a normal life with Turo because guests are picking up cars at all hours of the day, they are always late or early, changes get made to their trips...etc. If I met my guests in person I would have to revolve my entire week/day around when they picked up my cars and it would interfere with things like my other revenue streams, family and personal obligations...etc and regardless of the money it wouldn't be worth it. But, having these systems/processes/automations in place allows for this to not be an issue at all and makes Turo 100% worth it! Keeping Turo Semi-Passive is the best route to go down in my opinion!
@@AubreyJanik That makes sense thank you and thanks for the Carsync recommendation. I have purchased my first vehicle for Turo and will get started this weekend. Also a good idea to join Facebook groups like Turo car rental tips and Turo insiders for rentals. It’s funny reading everyone’s posts on there somebody filled up their car tank but not with gas but with water. Crazy things going ok but I’m learning from other’s issues. Thanks for all your videos. It’s helping me get started.
@@DJBLACK7ROB Turo is great, and I’m a huge fan of Turo, but I think sometimes hosts get caught up with the money they are making they don’t take into account their time- which is huge! Good luck with your first car! The Facebook groups are super valuable, a ton to be learned in those!
The master class is the actual passive income. Seems like everything I look up on youtube has a "master class". The model is this. Get your feet wet in any industry....turo, amazon fba, etc. Then learn the struggles. Make it seem like everything is great, sometimes mention that you aren't making a ton of money on it though. Make a class and make more that way.
"steps on how you can create a six-figure side hustle in peer-to-peer car-sharing using only low-cost economy cars."....that is mentioned in her master class...lol. Here she says it doesn't make a ton of money. which is it

Quick question what do you use for your thumbnails?
PicMonkey!

@@janelopez7010 it’s never going to be 100%. But you do remote key exchanges and it makes it SIGNIFICANTLY more passive

Hey just wondering if you do any private rentals, if so how do you integrate a separate calendar booking service.?
Car Sync no longer allows access to TURO API. What's an alternative?
