Absolutely loved y’alls reactions again! Y’all did not disappoint. This is one of my favorite finales in this show. Season 8 is coming. Please draw your own conclusions about the season. I enjoyed it for what it was and for me this is still the greatest show I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe we’re almost done!

Look, I don't care that you thought that Sansa was dumb, even though she was just trying to trap and deceive Little Finger, but stop acting like you knew that something was going to happen, when clearly you didn't. You do that a lot, and it's annoying.
I love the way Mair pronounces Daenerys. "Dah-ner-eez"
This reaction is fabulous. This episode really let me see that Ned was truly and honorable man. He ruined his honor to protect his nephew the true king of Westeros.
some irony to think about....
1. Jon went to the wall and got to be with his uncle and great uncle (Aemon).
2. Sir Alliser Thorne was a knight and fought for the Targaryen's during Robert's Rebellion. He considered Robert and Ned to be traitors to the crown. He had no idea that the "bastard" Snow was really the son of his Prince, and the true heir to the iron throne. The whole time he ridicules him and sees him as unworthy.
3. Ned saying to Jon as they both left Winterfell, "when we see each other again, we'll talk about your mother..." and Ned fighting back tears. Robert asking "your bastards mother" and Ned lying and saying "Wyla" and then saying "I didn't talk about her, nor will I" very stern to his friend and King.
4. Ned straight up let everyone think he cheated on his wife and had a son outside of wedlock to protect his nephew and protect house Dayne. Like Aemon Targaryen said to Jon Snow at the wall when Jon wanted to help his brother Rob, "Love is the death of duty." "If the day should come your Lord Father had to choose betwee honor on the one hand and those he loves on the other, what would he do?"
Jon replied, "He would do whatever was right, no matter what."
Aemon, "then Lord Stark is one man in ten thousand. Most of us are not so strong. What is honor compared to a woman's love? What is duty against the feel of a newborn son in your arms? Or a brother's smile?..."
Both men were right. Ned did the right thing, no matter what. And in doing so, truly kept his honor and allowed others to think lies about him and spread them in order to protect an innocent child and a house that had honor. Ned was one in ten thousand. There is a reason many thought Ned should have taken the iron throne. Robert was hurt and could not take it, but Ned marched down to King's Landing and was there, even if Tywin Lannister had already done most of the work. People knew Ned was a great leader and ruler. Even house Bolton didn't dare step out of line with Ned around.
Littlefinger was my favorite villain from the show. I enjoyed all the chaos but hated him at the same time. His death was really satisfying to see.

Rhaegar's first-born son with Elia was also named Aegon. Jon wouldn't be the heir if the Mountain hadn't killed his older half-brother.
He still could be, it's still legal because he wed Lyanna.

Ok it’s time y’all know that throughout human history many cultures worldwide saw nothing wrong with marrying relatives until the 19th century.
Immediate family members (siblings/parents/grandparents) were off limits but it was quite common for people, especially regal/wealthy families to marry one another to keep bloodlines “pure” and/or ensure wealth stayed within the family.
Typically they’d have cousins marry each other as the preference bc they’d be childbearing/rearing age around the same time but on occasion an uncle might marry his niece or an aunt her nephew as the only options. It’s not just a GOT universe thing.
Yeah, inbreeding wasn't an issue until Darwin discovered that it could cause severe problems. Which is crazy because Charles II of Spain was right there for everyone to see

Once again, your reactions have been phenomenal. The Aegon Targareyn reveal was another "moment" we all never forget. These are the moments that we waited for after suffering through the Red Wedding, Joffrey's insanity, Ramsey's evil nature...all of it. It's what made this series the best thing I've ever watched. Yes, I know how it ended. But I was a fan of the ending. Because Game of Thrones was never a fairytale. It never was written as a fairytale. So in the end...it was not going to have a fairytale ending.
I just want to compare your reaction to Season 6-10 to now when you both thought Ned and his sister were Jons parents lol thanks for the laugh :)

Great reaction again. You both have the luxury of going right into the final season, whereas those who were watching it at the time had to wait over a year to see how it all plays out. Go into the final season free of all the criticisms and just watch it unfold. Cersei who embraces her darker aspects and has no doubt as to her ultimate goal. And on the other side, Daenerys who throughout the show has shown her good side, her mission to make the world better, and has shown the other side of the Targareyan bloodline and the madness that lies below. It will all come to a head very soon.
NOT "WE" corrected ourselves later ...nah Sophie ! got proven wrong again with her pretty wrong and strong self...but i love her confidence shes just too quick to jump to conclusions sometimes even when mair tries to think through another alternative she be like "nah" *straight face* 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Baelish after Season 4 had no plan, in Season 7 he just wanders around doing nothing. It's a shame what the writers did to his character.

She always calls out incorrect info because they both talk to each other during the episodes, talking over the dialogue and they miss key info and FACTS that are important to knowing what is going on in the show 😂. First they thought Ned was with his sister Leanna, then they spent a whole season saying Jon and Denarys were cousins, and finally in this episode they state it correctly that they are Aunt and Nephew Smh 😂 They be so lost in the sauce, it is like how are you watching the show but still getting stuff wrong and don’t know what is happening on the show. If not paying attention was a person…..

First time commenting here, I just wanted to say that this channel has been my favorite in youtube for months now💌. I love how far you've come also looking forward to s8. NOT spoiling anything but my opinion is with the general consensus. Other than that please go on with The Last of Us, however uncomfortable ep 3 is lol, its a great show really. you don't have to address why you guys allegedly dropped it, we're all adults and we can maturely stand by our views without it being toxic. Ironically the second part of TLOU game is where I'm in the minority and not in the annoying way people love s8😂.to sum it up its an important story we all need and ,if we had the choice ,not necessarily want to be told.

I hated Peter to but looking from it from the other side even tho he sort of started the war the other houses actions what really started the war Peter did warn Ned and tried to give him the game but Ned wasn’t playing the game and the knife to Ned’s throat was to save Ned from anymore harm when he got betrayed in the throne room
As someone who loved little finger’s character I thought his unceremonious exit was kinda ehh. They used him as chum to feed the fans who chose the characters they love based on who are the best people
