I'm with Jon, about oaths. There are many discussions about the stupid actions of the Stark family, and I agree with a lot of critizism against them, but I don't think that was one of them. Ned Stark was stupid to reveal the information he had discovered when his family members were surrounded by the enemy. That's not the same as making a false oath. There is a point in the existence of things such as honor and honesty. When there is a reasonable compromise to be made, but the only thing hindering it is distrust, you should be able to trust an oath. Or the honest person making it. And that could be what saves the entire situation. If people keep making false oaths, that kind of a solution no longer exists. Cersei's demand wasn't reasonable: After what she's done to Jon's family, why wouldn't he support the other Queen? It's Cersei's loss to refuse to work together and defeat the White Walkers, they're as serious of a threat to her as to anyone.
Littlefinger's "game" is what got him killed. He taught Sansa to think rationally about people's intentions, but didn't expect her to play his game on him. Sansa knew Arya never wanted to be a Lady, all she wants is to protect her family, and this is how she figured out it was Littlefinger playing tricks on them to get Sansa to remove Arya (who has a knack for investigation) from the picture. I don’t understand how people hated this season. It was AMAZING, with so many storylines wrapping up, like Theon finally being both Greyjoy and stark, and Baelish being brought to the light… it’s amazing
Most people don't hate this season. However, there are legitimate criticisms of this season that are exacerbated in the next season. For example, this season distorted the map of Westeros. In the first season, we learned it takes weeks to get from King's Landing to Winterfell. It took a whole episode for Ned to get down to the Capital. Here Dany is able to move her entire army from Winterfell to King's Landing in virtually no time at all. Short cuts like that are detrimental to the storytelling. So, yes, this season still has great moments, but it isn't GoT at its peak.
@@havok6280 the time jumps are quicker yes, (it still takes the same amount of time to get to kings landing but we as the audience already knew this which is why them speeding it up isn’t as terrible as people make it out to be, I wouldn’t want it this way but it is what it is.) but that’s not the main thing the hate was regards to as I’ve seen. People just hated the entire thing for honestly no legitimate reason just due to the way the show ended, most of the speaking out began not during the season airing or after- but at the end of the show.
Most couldn’t get away from the addiction of been on a rollercoaster i mean we see the whole world depress , sad, angry, speechless, broken, GOT gutted your emotion some still traumatized to this day how can any hate it lol
The fact that so many people underestimate Sansa while completely overestimating Dany in spite of everything we've seen throughout the seasons always amazes me.

Lol this showed brings out the inner demon lol
I know you crop the last part on purpose 😭
Ol' Theon been waiting a minute to let that out lol
❤❤
Sansa layed a trap for Little Finger. She learned a lot from him and Cersi.
The fact that so many people underestimate Sansa while completely overestimating Dany in spite of everything we've seen throughout the seasons always amazes me.
the misogyny. no need to put one down to praise another
@@Nihilanth You again?? I thought we agreed to avoid each other. I have certainly stayed away from you. But you keep turning up on my comments to disagree and insult. I'd say it was you who's being the misogynist.
@@NovaLena22 don't remember that, but if you want to avoid me, then don't post any comments at all.
I'm being the misogynist for understanding that they're both good character and that there's no need to put some women down to praise another? imagine being that dumb
Plenty of symbolism and crumbs laid for both, but they misread Sansa at every turn.
This episode was absurd in so many ways, this was the episode where I truly started noticing the decline in the GOT quality
Just enjoy this bs, after Season 6, nothing make sense, wish they wait for writer to finish his story
And for that period of time adapt house of dragon that is going right now
Win win situation but nah
HotD has been great so far, though. Condal and Sapochinik are showing DnD how to run a show.
I don't know, but I really knew that Euron and Cersei were really feigning here in the pits, I thought it was really being seen, but many reactors didn't see it.
Lmao this was the first time Baelish was rendered speechless and it is probably the sweetest goddamned moment in this whole series
