    The famous Hokkaido toast is like Hermes in the toast industry, and its status is evident in the rivers and lakes. What is so special about Hokkaido toast, probably because of its mellow and fragrant milk flavor and unbearable softness, the softness of the entrance is like a cloud, and the taste is amazing. Not to mention the organization of the wire drawing, and even the wire drawn from it is Q-bombed, which is full of toughness.
    This Hokkaido toast, I added soup seeds, double the softness and moisturizing, when it was baked and poured out of the toast box, it was almost too soft to stand, and it was still unbelievably soft after three days at room temperature.     Sugar .................................................60g
    Milk powder (milk powder) ...... 20g
    Yeast………………………………6g
    Salt (salt)……………………………6g
    Butter .................................50g
    Soup Seed (Water Roux) ...................... 105g
    Soup Ingredients | Water Roux Ingredients:
    High-gluten flour ( bread flour ) ………… 20g
    Water ( water )…………………… 100g
    Bake at 345°F (175°C) for 38 minutes.

    Hi Summer, love all your amazing recipes, I have baked a few of them, and turned undoubtedly perfect!

    Well, I have a question regarding milk powder.
    What part exactly does it plays in the recipe and what if I skip it or any suggestion of an alternative?

      Hi Shuang~ The main function of milk powder is to increase the flavor of milk, because it is a dry material, so it is more flexible and does not change the amount of wet material. If there is no milk powder, you can skip it , the taste will be slightly different, but the bread will be successful anyway.

      你好Ying,这几种都能改善面包的组织和口感,各有不同。汤种会让面包柔软湿润,中种能增加爆发力,让组织细腻,风味也更好。波兰种也能让面包长得更高,更蓬松,更加柔软拉丝。总之都很适合做吐司和各种小面包。
