Ingredients
500g plain flour
250g butter
1/4 tsp salt to taste
OMB chicken spice blend
Once you try this chips, you will not want the traditional fried ones anymore. The secret is her chicken blend seasoning. I am obsessed with this chips and it’s a healthier version from the deep fried ones. All my friends and families who have tried it love it and keep asking me to make them some. Thank you mama Betty.

You can use any spices of your choice but just make sure you have ginger powder, garlic powder and onion powder as well.😘❤
