when use "Shaperbox" instead of "LFO Tool"?
Hey guys! Quick question, I'm currently using ShaperBox 3.2.1 in Ableton Live and for some reason specifically ShaperBox keeps endlessly playing sound long after all sounds from all other channels have stopped. This is very annoying, undesirable, and it's adding sound into regions of the exported audio files where there shouldn't be sound (no midi clips at all). ShaperBox 3.2.1 is the only plugin giving me this issue. Can anyone please let me know how to fix it?
I would like to like it … but unfortunately on my system (Big Sur, logic, Intel MacBook Pro) the plugin's interface is freezed and unusable. might be some OpenGL issue, dont know. But support is rather a non-support by saying „Oh sorry, never heard of that problem, sorry for that. Bye“ … so …
guess the plugin might be cool, if its working. Unfortunaetly not for me, And without proper support, such a product only sucks.
So be carefull with that. Support-less software can allways be a pain in the ass.
Hi there. You have copy/pasted this same comment across multiple videos, yet we have already addressed your issue, and you have been issued the refund that you requested.
I know it's frustrating if software does not work as expected, but your statement regarding our support is wrong. We answered all your emails within hours, even on a Sunday. We always aim to deliver customer service and support in a timely and professional manner.
You mentioned in your emails that you had similar issues with other plugins, so it's very likely that it's down to an issue with your system, especially because you mentioned that turning off OpenGL fixed it for your other plugins. We explained to you that OpenGL cannot be turned off in ShaperBox on macOS.
ShaperBox 3 is well tested and runs on similar setups to yours without problems. Among the many ShaperBox 3 users, none have reported a similar graphical issue, which again points to a system issue that is beyond our control.
I am sorry that you have this issue, but I do not know what to suggest, other than checking your hardware for issues. We already suggested via email that you check for a custom graphics driver or utility that could affect your setup, but you did not reply. Therefore we consider the matter closed from our side. But if you would like to discuss further, please email us and we will be happy to look into this again.
@@Cableguys I didn't find any work around so far. Couldnt find any hint online, so i have to accept, that it seems to be a unique issue i have. Therefor it seems logical, that it must be a local problem. Updating my OS to ventura could help but would be too early right now, for that could end in some other stuff not working anymore. I'll keep on trying to find the reason for that problem. In case i find something, i will report back.
Great video. I would just like it more if you didn't speak "way over all speed limits". I understand you want to pack in a lot of stuf but your "compression" is quite "lossy" , at least for me and possibly other people who cannot hear as quickly as you speak
