    Thanks for the video. What if you are already very educated and taking a new program on a part-time basis? meaning 1 or 2 classes per semester

    You are a disability lawyer right? Meaning, you would be working for me (public) as a client? Or are you acting so blasé because I have not actually paid you and your attorney mode is therefore not activated? Or better yet, you might be acting as such to avoid any insinuation or implicit litigation for making sided suggestions towards insurance companies who could ironically throw the book at you for putting on that display on an open access web page? Anyway....
    Why don't you pitch it to the insurance company that you are doing said program to baby step your way into being capacitated to work again? Esp if it is under a year, etc. That way they can envision incentives for them to allow you to go in hopes that they can cut you off for good when you apply for something that gives you an angle to where you can eventually return to work

      What you are saying makes logical sense and it never hurts to ask the insurer. They would look at it on a case-by-case basis. I am having a hard time explaining the reasons in comment box. I am going to shoot another video on this topic addressing your question.
