    Feeling unmotivated in the mornings? Here are 11 things to do that will make mornings great again for you.
    What to do the day before to have a great morning routine:
    Go to bed on time
    Set out everything you need for the morning (e.g. outfit, gym clothes, lunch, bfast, etc.)
    Journal the night before to help you be self-aware & think about what you want in life
    Declutter / Pick up before bed-time so its not there in the morning
    Limit caffeine in the afternoon
    What to do the day of:
    Drink water first thing
    Stretch to get the blood flowing
    Don’t scroll first thing!!
    Have quiet time with the Lord
    Listen to uplifting, worship music
    Turn off notifications in the morning; the day will be full of distractions.
