How do you fire up a smoker for one rack of St Louis ribs? I cook as much stuff as I can and I'm usually thinking about going to the store to get more.
The cook was great. Good job, but, the bumper music was way too loud. Had to constantly turn up volume for dialogue and then turn it down for the music.

How do you the the fire and temp?
I have a small chimney with lit charcoal that I dump on the charcoal inside the barrel. The temps usually run between 275 and 300.
Is it possible to use real wood?
Maybe, I’ve never tried it. I have a feeling it would get too hot with a split of burning wood.
I can barely hear you..and your music to 3 times louder than your voice..
