Yes not only brown rice but you can include anything which has more fiber and protein and is gluten free. Try out ma’am’s oats roti, fat cutter turmeric tea and weight loss breakfast options. You must follow it over a period of time not in a day or two but in a month you will notice the difference. Also keep doing some excercises. Hope this helps.

I just made this and it’s phenomenal! I didn’t have shallots and green chili pepper so I substituted them for onions and dried red chili. It still turned out amazing but I want to try it with the shallots and green chili pepper. Thank you for this recipe!!!

Now I can finally make something delicious with this rice and enjoy it. I find it very hard to eat this rice, Whenever I cook it, it’s always very hard, no matter how long I cook it, I didn’t realize that the easiest way is to soak it before cooking.

Delicious recipe! The first batch I made was perfect and then I tried to double it and used two Chili's. It was so hot I could hardly eat it. I substituted celery for the cabbage the first time and it was great! I would mention the size of your shallots and the type of chillies maybe a little more specifically when you are demonstrating. Nowadays the quality of fruits and vegetables are not the same as long ago. Plastic containers must be banned from our kitchens. And most important of all is exercise. 30 mins brisk walk everyday can heal a lot if your heath problems. TRY IT.

Hello maam! The brown rice never gets cooked so easily they take a lot of time as I tried it earlier for making brown rice khichdi but it took around 1 hour even they were soaked overnight. So, can you mention in how much time your rice were cooked!

I suggest substituting the coconut oil for a little water, that way your consuming even less calories.
Recent studies states that MCT oils like coconut oil are very good for your health. You can google to understand more. Hope this helps.
