The wire wheels are called Swangas and the cars are called Slabs. "Slow Loud And Bangin". Some went a little overboard but It's all gravy, keep it classy.
A car has been tested by car companies for their safety on braking, handling and pedestrian impact.
Putting wheels on a car this big seriously effects the things mentioned in a very negative way.
I hope they ban this very soon, it should be punisheble by law to do this to any nice car.
