Anyone else wondering why the lighting whip and throwing stars? I mean it's lighting it dose the same thing as Barry's throw
Essentially, because the Speedsters generate kinetic energy and friction, it manifests in the form of electricity. With enough training and concentration, Speedsters could generate constructs made from the electricity generated by their use of the Speed Force. That's why they able to form things like whips and throwing stars.
