Here I am, watching the video and the temple of the way of light with tears and mesmerized by the music and the visuals. Just now, at this very moment, the first ceremony of the 12-day retreat should be under way there and I should have been in the maloka hearing the shamans' icaros and seeing the cosmic visuals with the grace of ayahuasca and chacruna. I had to cancel my booking because of an unexpected upcoming day-surgery and the doctor's order not to travel overseas. This is Mother Aya's way of consoling me. Much love to everyone reading this.
Fabulous video (and music!) On the eve of my departure from NZ to this place, anxiety, my main enemy, rampaging, this video was just the perfect reassurance, the music had me singing/chanting like a tribes-woman!): At 66, this felt, (even sounded - to my ears anyway - bloody marvellous. Nice little slice of Gabor Mate too. Temple, Ayahuasce, here I come!
Hey Lili! I’m planning to travel to the Temple in Jan 22! At 68, this is my first experience and am a bit nervous (at my age) ! Curios if you have any tips traveling there. Thanks!
This is such a great representation of a retreat at the Temple. You captured the atmosphere and environment perfectly, except for the music. Bird calls and jungle sounds would have suited it too. Took me right back there. Even the Maestros and Maestras. Wonderful. Thank you.
The music is too much, frenetic and intrusive. It adds to this experience looking like it is just another western mind on an entertainment holiday. All is deeply unsettling and the participants look spiritually derelict, smoking, phones, photos, all to deafening music. Something unclean about it all.
You captured the experience so beautifully. My husband, daughter and I were there in September 2016. It was a life changing experience for us all.

Who is speaking at 9:06?
got a friend to narrate it :-)
gavhof Aaah. It sounds like an old recording... Well done!
If this gives one a glimpse then this is good, but there is no easy path to a sustainable spiritual experience like eating a TV dinner...
No one is saying it's easy
