Hello! I have some questions about this drone. 1. How did you use RTK mode? Local base, known position or local base, unknown position or maybe you use virtual reference station. 2. Did you use Ground Control Points for accuracy control ? 3. How eBee RTK can connect with Local base on known position (by GSM or radio modem) 4. Did you ever use PPK mode? 5. What is the maximum distance between eBee RTK and the base station? Thank you!
Hello. These questions are mostly answered in our brochure for the eBee Plus, which replaced the eBee RTK. See: www.sensefly.com/drones/ebee-plus.html And here's the video: ua-cam.com/video/N60TAnPo1Cw/v-deo.html
Hola Brock, tengo un GPS Trimble R6-3, pero no puedo enlazar al ebee, serias tan amable de hacer un video con las configuraciones y detalle Gracias Saludos
in the Example drone datasets in your website, in project called senseFly HQ site ,i have the images and GCP, where are the position of control point in images? thanks,
hi! I have a dji drone and i want mapping like you .. but you were using a eBee , it is different what i have . Do you think which one is better for mapping ? Dji drone or eBee ?
Hi ChungSang - the eBee family of drones is designed for mapping from the ground up, including professional-grade ground control software. Fixed-wing drones also offer greater coverage than multirotor systems. See this guide to the different pro's and cons of each: waypoint.sensefly.com/buy-fixed-wing-drone-or-rotary/
@@ivonaziza3826 Hi Ivona! UA-cam doesn't allow to upload files in the comments. Could you please send us an email to marketing@sensefly.com? We'll send you the manual. Thanks!
The flight planning & data management software is eMotion by senseFly - supplied with the drone with lifetime updates. The image processing software is optional Pix4Dmapper.
eBee landings are 100% automated. You simply set the landing zone (or multiple possible zones, determined by calculated wind direction) when flight planning in the drone's eMotion software. On approach the drone's optical flow sensor detects the ground, reverses the motor's thrust (causing a stall), and the aircraft flops gently onto the ground with +/- 5 metre accuracy.
Hey Slippy - We are not aware of any legal requirement to be a registered surveyor just to operate the drone. You must, of course, however operate within your country’s existing drone / aviation regulations.
keith fraley Hi Keith. Please contact your local senseFly distributor for full pricing and training details. See www.sensefly.com/about/where-to-buy.html Thanks!
Hi Ned. eBees are not currently upgradable to eBee RTKs. Please contact your local senseFly distributor (see other comments) for further details. Thanks.
The UAV isn't what costs that amount of money, but the SOFTWARE powering its 3D photogrammetry, and survey grade control points. Any drone (balloon or kite) can take very cheap aerials and Microsoft ICE can stitch them together for FREE. But I don't want an aerial, I want near LiDAR quality point-clouds. ;)
I would so love to have one, but I need a place to live in and I dont think I can sleep in the ebee

thanks,
for some its expensive but fuck it, if you need it you need it.
May I use a portion of this video for marketing my eBee services? Thanks.

thanks you my mind be more clear
You are welcome
Hello, I have question about manual control of ebee. do you have some instructions or even better - video?
Hello Ivona! Which manual do you need? For the eBee X?
@@sensefly I need instructions for manual controler for eBeeX :)

have you done any asbuilts with this
Our clients have done many.
How much with base and sofware complete?
Which camera is fitted to this plane...???
which software you are using?

Do I need to be a registered surveyor to use this technology or could a surveyor contract out to me provided I am a licensed UAS remote pilot?

I would always have some GCP's
With that kind of GPS ground supports the eBee?
GPS which recommend?
Muy fina, muy crítica en vuelo.
Is the flying all autonomous or is there some parts of the flight that require manual control?
Flight and landing are fully automatic, based on your eMotion flight plan. All you need to do Football3 is to throw the eBee into the air.
nice
Cost in India

keith fraley They are around $40,000-$30,000 I think?
senseFly if you start with the non-rtk model using GCP's is the eBee upgradeable later on?
