I did an article many years ago about it. There’s not many flounder left in the bay by me anymore. I’m sure if you put the time and you can catch a few but it’s a lot of work. Still some to the east around the Baldwin area Merrick area and of course you could always make the run to Raritan Bay ,Coney Island Rockaway inLet or Jamaica Bay
