I have seen the same item, around the internet, under different names, but I ordered this one from Walmart as it had pretty good reviews.

@@mygarden02 it works for me but im sorry if it didnt work for you.. it ran off foxes, squirrels, even rabbits.

@@bmezeeshan4677 the only thing that its not doing as well on is squirrels, they dont dig the mulch as much but some fight the sound and make a mess there. tore out a plant last night, caught on my ring cam. but works great on most of the other animals. thx for stopping by. :-)
I told my upstairs neighbour i'm going to buy these to stop his cats shitting on my lawn and he said HE's not happy about it. WTF? Who do these people think they are.
@@huanbaer3376 wow, thats crazy! not sure if or how it works on cats, but its worth a try. i know it works on dogs and other animals. squirrels dont like it but they deal with it to get the nuts buried or up, so im finding other ways to stop them.
@@gailsfoodandstuff I wasn't looking at this model in particular, just an electronic sensor in general. I know someone who bought one that worked for cats so i'll ask her when i speak to her tomorow.
We've got chickens who want to roost in our trees , scratch up our yard, and poop in our yard. This might do the trick. We thought about motion activated water sprinklers but this seems easier to install.
just noticed your reply “mom” sorry about that.. im not sure if it will work on birds? but it puts off different sounds so maybe? but i will say, the black crows walked in front of it and didnt seem to effect them. in your case, one of those fake owls that move their heads and make noise may work better for your situation. but you know, i love your (and mark’s) support here. you two are the best ever! ❤

@@DeflectionMode it works most of the time, but not so much on squirrels but works on about all the other animals it appears.
Hi I’m willing to try this. For years I haven’t had any problems when I installed a camera to deter owners of dogs to use my lawn as bathroom but now owners don’t care if they are on camera. I’m hoping this will make the dogs move on but I noticed in your video they may still hesitate a while and still have time to poop.
@@Robottrooper let me know how it goes, i feel for you and i must say the dogs do avoid our yard now that you mention it. put at least two up and facing them.
I can hear the ultrasonic sound.
@@Creeperriz Hi Tyler…. its more like a clicking sound for us, but not the high pitch that animals hear, is my guess. and my ipad i dont think can pick up that frequency. not sure really. but, it does work, most of the time. so, thats cool. thx for stopping by. :-)
If you can hear it, it's not ultrasonic.
@@neonblowfish for some of us, we hear a clicking sound. i hear it all the time but we dont hear the high pitch.
I also hear these sounds, apparently a small proportion of people can hear these noises.

Hi there, American Hornet! love the name! well, im afraid of hornets, but its still a cool name! and you’re welcome! since that video, it has run off all kinds of animals. some times the fox will “suffer” and pee or mark some things, but. they hustle and dont hang around. lol. its an honor to have you on board. :-)
There is another video of this product and the owner opened he device and there was only one speaker, the other one was fake. RIP OFF,. Does yours have actually two speakers?
wow, im not sure, but i hear them make a snapping sound and the light flashes. i saw there were many similar kinds, but i made sure to buy the one that people gave the highest scores too.
The video was very helpful for me to set this up in my yard. The device lights up red in the middle during the day then goes away at night. When I walk up to it, it doesn't flash red and pulsate like yours does. I have the exact same device you have. Do you know why that is? Is it still trying to charge? I put it out on Saturday.
it comes with a little charge and just one sunny day charges it. their are subtle differences in them with no one specific brand it appears.. so, some dont have features of the others… but appear the same. i forget where i got mine from, its been a while since i got them. i did order more as i liked them so much. its not working on keeping the squirrels away as good but does work on most other animals. make sure you turned on that button on the bottom. maybe yours has a 2 part on/off switch?
@@gailsfoodandstuff I have the exact unit you have, from Amazon. The retailer has not responded to my question. It came as a set of 2. I've put both units out for a day or longer to charge in direct sunlight. I did move the on/off switch to the right (to the Auto position) when I put it out to charge all day. It does sound when in the On position. During the day the red light stays on. At night , both units no longer display the red light. Your unit shows the red light flickering when you walked up to it. Mine does not. Does this sound like both my units are defective? Thanks for your help. I have rabbits eating my grass so I really want this to work.
@@LynneMerritt-r1v red light on all day, without motion, is not good. their are many others that sell it. what i did was to make sure the seller had a good rating. so, i would say, at this point, try another seller and google them,, and their ratings. but red light all day is odd for sure. also, report them to amazon. i usually avoid amazon since we cant get ratings on the seller, like you can on ebay or walmart.

no, but i’m flattered that you think that… i simply tried a couple of them and really liked how it worked.
How loud is the sound would have nice to demonstrate that. Can your neighbor hear it
@@brandenfloyd2549 you cant really hear it, thats the point, its designed only high pitched for dogs/fox and other animals. if you listen closely, you hear just a ticking sound.
@@brandenfloyd2549 not sure where my reply went, but, no, neighbors cant hear it as its a very quiet clicking sound that you should be able to hear in the video. its not meant for us to hear, only animals, its very high pitched.
