It was the first time using my ipad and it wasn't set up the way I wanted but couldn't stop and ask everyone to 'reset'. That's why it's 'looking up' (it was the way I had the stand setup) and that it's a little off from the camera (obscured by stand after I accidently moved it while everyone was talking).
