Chain in 5s (distance of shoulders)
1.Chain 2 , single crochet , chain 5 on fifth Chain, single crochet
2.chain 6 , turn , on third chain single crochet , chain 5 , single crochet in 3chain, triple crochet on last chain, turn , single crochet , chain 5 , 3rd chain, single crochet .

Hi! I made a size small. I would use a tape measure to measure shoulder to shoulder, then chain in multiple of five until you reach that length!
