Super clear tutorial - the best Diamond Mesh stitch tutorial I've seen on UA-cam. Much easier to follow than other youtube tutorials that I've seen on this Diamond Mesh stitch. Yours is simple and uncomplicated. Your increasing mesh stitch tutorial was also very easy to follow and helpful, simple with no extra unnecessary and complicated steps. Just increase the sides with the same steps and repeat with the same steps! So easy!
On row 4 right now, super easy to follow! I've only ever done a double stitch before, and I understood everything so well. Thank you for the great tutorial!! 💚
I used this to make a net to go over my bed and hold some stuffed animals and it is so awesome. At first I started with the 5 chain and then the 1 sc but then the yarn I was using wasn't that stretchy so I decided to double it and so I did 10 chain and then I skipped a loop and did the single crochet and then I kept doing that and it worked so well!
sorry but i’m watching for the same reason right now 😭 did you double or triple it the starting chain? or did it work out starting out exactly how she did
If you remember, how did you increase your work in order to make a fishnet top? I just want to make one too but I don't really know how, did you follow another video/s as well as this?
I think if you do five chains, put a single crochet into the stitch, then put another single crochet into the same stitch and do the same for every stitch it should work. Or do a 1 1/2 increase instead as needed. I’m not an expert but yeah sorry if I’m too late!
Hi, thank you for the great tutorial. I have a question, I knit five chains and one sc as you said. But now my net width is too small and I want to widen it. Should I start knitting from scratch? If I start from scratch, should I have more chains? I would be grateful if you could guide me. In addition; I'm sorry if I write something wrong, I'm not fluent in English.
Thank you so much for this, and your other tutorials. I've followed your video, however mine looks squashed and only mesh like when I pull it. Is that because of the type of yarn I've used? I used the womens institute in soft and silky. Any help would be gratefully received. Thank you 😁
Great I found a tutorial for this stitch and I can't even figure out the first step. If I chain 63 and then what do I do? Do I put there more and then do it into the ninth hoop. It isn't clear to me how many I should have right in the first one I make
Just repeat the "ch 5, skip 2 ch, 1 sc in next ch" instruction until you've gotten all 63. did you notice when she kept repeating that part she naturally got to the end of the chain? if ur chain length is a multiple of 3 it'll eventually reach the end
I followed this pattern to the T, and yet when youre making a big piece one side hangs much looser than the other, no matter how much you pull at the other side it does not loosen its almost like the way the pattern rotates from the 3rd and the 4th makes it so that one side of the piece will always hang looser than the other. Its incredibely infuriating as i didnt realize how much of an issue this would be until i finished a front and back piece for a sweater, and now one arm hole doesnt line up in the proper spot unless i make it way smaller than the other.
What yarn are you using and what mm crochet hook are you using? Because it seems like I’m doing everything right but the yarn is a little bigger than the yarn you’re using and the size of the mesh isn’t as big as yours is coming out. So I think I have a little bigger yarn.

Thanks now I can make my net bag!! Xx
Merci beaucoup pour votre crochet
You’re amazing! Thank you!!
Thank you. Very helpful.
Any suggestions for a border to go with this?
Excellent thanks very much you're subscribed 👍😍🤩
what size yarn and hook did you use?
What yarn are you using and what mm crochet hook are you using? Because it seems like I’m doing everything right but the yarn is a little bigger than the yarn you’re using and the size of the mesh isn’t as big as yours is coming out. So I think I have a little bigger yarn.
Materials: crochet hook 4 mm, cotton yarn
is it necessary to have 21 chaines , can i do more or will it mess up the pattern
You can make a longer chain, the chain should be multiple of 3.
Precioso 😍. Muchas gracias por compartir 👏👏
This was so helpful thank you
I don’t have enough yarn rn but when I do imma make a net to hold my stuffed animals cos I have too many that I don’t want to let go of😭
