i totally agree. someimtes in a close match, both teams would have their nexus turrents destroyed. the team with advantage would be clearly that 16/20 yorick. or others with the TP.
But the timer was very weird, like I want to know what's the exact time it really spawns and ready to fire, not when it starts the long ass respawn animation.
The Cooldown ring thing indicator seems to be missleading. When it ends, the tower still isnt technically spawned, it only does then the animation finishes. I wish riot would've timed the indicator with the animation.
Literally "dev notes", "developer", meaning it's still in development and is subject to change. Even if it's in PBE already they can still change stuff until they release the live patch notes, where stuff are finalized.

I never seen split pusher like him, he used every single possible opportunity to sneak or tp to our base using the ward he previously placed knowing he gonna die that time. He died 9 times running solo like brainless monkey to nexus but he finally made us lose. I'm so happy with this update now
And the respawned turrets seemingly don't have the extra resistances when minions aren't around, so he could one-shot both nexus turrets at 100% health with one Baus special.
More budget than Zilean ever got in his entire existence, my man still has ps1 graphics, permanently sealed off and ambiguous lore, been in the 1000 day skin club twice, is WELL on his way to a third trip, and has received 0 changes in patchnotes directed at him specifically since 2015. And this is for ONE champion Riot REALLY needs to put down the new champions every 4 months and slam the gas pedal on modernizing their existing roster

The problem with League is that it is in a state where changes are made to give more spectacle in pro play, because changes that can make the game faster ruins pro play experience but then you have the opposite for casual players where games are becoming longer and longer in lower elo. Gold and Below the average is already above ~30 minute mark and this kind of changes will push it farther.
If it is as one of the top comments said, where the towers are not fortified when there are no minions around good change, IF NOT then the timer should AT LEAST be 10 mins respawn

I hope aram doesnt get this, as much as how frustrating it is with a enemy pantheon or tf some team compositions will make this unwinnable by default, have poke teams vs full engage teams were the poke teams always get pushed back and usually 1 or 2 enemy champs survive i often with focus on minions etc (if turrets are still up) means enemy will respawn before the minions make it to the nexus towers making pushing really hard near impossible respawning turrets in those situation means pretty much a instant loss for the poke team, you can say skill issue i can kinda agree with that but mmr is mmr 90% of the community is bronze silver or gold and its aram so rngesus with champs is still a thing
Should be at least 6 mins. "Baron Nashor respawns six minutes after being killed" 3 mins is too short. There should be high penalty for letting your nexus tower dying, which is 6 mins respawn time. Also, does that mean you need to kill inhibs + nexus tower to destroy nexus? Scaling champions like nasus and Smolder will take over this game if that passes through. Games would be boosted from 30 mins to 50 mins per game unless you're hard snowballing.
I feel like 3 minutes is too little, in decent games thats like 2 fights max. You shouldn't be saved just cuz your nexus survived, you should deffened base atl for 5 minutes before you go back to checkpoint
Way too quick imo. If you base and do one objective (drake or baron) after destroying these turrets, your team pretty much only has one push until the turrets respawn. Unless your team is really far ahead, I think it's way to easy for the enemy team to stall for turret respawn. I guess they don't want to make it 5 minutes, so that it doesn't take the entire time between objectives spawns (causing losing teams to not be able to contest objectives), but 4 should be fine.
I wonder if the respawned Nexus Turrets are gonna have same stats as original ones I just hope they only have same HP, but probably less AD (probably only around 70% or 80%) and Armor/MR (around 50% or 75%) than the original Also I think 3 minutes respawn is too short, maybe 3:30 or 4 is enough considering inhibitor have 5, alternatively make them have different timer based on how many is destroyed, first one is always 3 but destroying both will make the second turret respawn longer like 4 🤔🤔🤔

There should be a white blink when the turret becomes active after the animation, like when Baron or Drake spawns.

This will be a massive buff for Bausffs. Enemy feeling safe when turrets respawned, just for Baus special to hit at full damage even without minions.

Test the interaction with azir passive. I usually used to put it on there as a substitute for important nexus defenses.

3 minutes means it most likely allows Dragons and Baron to respawn so the team got overwhelmed can change their game, ignoring some amount of minions
