Don't cook Chicken until you watch this video! Now I just prepare them like this!
Ingredients:
Chicken keema 200gm
Salt to taste
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
1 egg
Use half portion of egg
Oil 1 tbsp
Mix well
6 inch pan
Grease oil
Spread evenly
Steam for 7-8 mins
Let it cool down
Cut into small pieces
Dip into remaining egg mixture
Coat with breadcrumbs
Fry until golden brown
