600whp Cobalt SS Turbo Dyno

Finally got a base line pull to start tuning I didn’t have time at the shop today to finish it was super busy. First pull with new pcm 581whp sae corrected, made 598whp std correction. S257 turbo. Time to start the tune process also it was spinning at first reason I put one of the pulls from when the pcm would close throttle at 5k so you can get a idea of how the power band will be

Yeah... I'd say your tune is a bit off but hard to say in this case... Better off on a hub dyno where you won't get wheelspin on it Lol. Mine ran 527 wtq & 440whp at 4200 rpm before I ran out of fuel... hpfp was done so couldn't get a solid dyno of the car, and still haven't to this day. One of my transmission bearings is done :/ So, next year, probably an f40 with an lsd in it and then I'll be good to go again. 580-590 whp is nice though... probably eat that f35 up in no time Lol. Which cams are you running, I'm guessing s3? Sounded kinda beefy unless that was just your fueling at idle

Is it possible to get around 500whp on pump gas with a lnf? Also could I run a tune for both pump gas and e85 with a flex fuel setup?

I’m not sure on the flex fuel system question. But I run e47 half e85 half 93 oct. but yes this setup will make 500 on 93 oct I’m sure

@@donaldotrump3173 personally if you want reliable wouldn’t run anything but stock turbo but simple to just do drop ins and run whatever you want

@@donaldotrump3173 yes you can. My HHR SS is: LDK swap, FBO, Z54, 93 pump ZZP tuned PCM etc.
Love the Z54 deff woke my car up!

stock gen 3 block with wiseco and zzp rods, for the head i went with zzp ported head and cam

It spun if you didn’t read the description I said put the two pulls together one where it hooked and the other top end and it make 500+whp @5-8100 and I only revved this out to 7200

Hp and tq always cross at 5252rpm ... this graph no mater how u try to make an estimate doesn't seem like they'd ever cross anywhere near there... doesn't make sense... seems like tuners being dishonest to me
