In today's entertainment environment it's easy to forget just how much pure talent Sammy and many of his contemporaries had. There are very few today that come close. Jamie Foxx, Kevin Spacey (too bad for him), and Eddie Murphy all act, sing, dance, and speak in an intelligent manner about any topic. It's a dying art form to be so well rounded.

I can’t help but believe what Sammy was saying was true about being accepted. He fought a very strong headwind for most of his career and hats off to whatever help Frank Sinatra provided which many believe and with good reason was real.

Great show! Loved it since I was young back in the 1960s. I wish they hadn’t cut out the plugs and old commercials. I’d love to see those! Back in the day, the commercials wouldn’t have been interesting to me, except for a few. They are now, because of the nostalgia.

Super class guy and the most amazing entertainer of all time (with Cagney and Kelly), the “triple threat” few few can attain. My fav of the Rat Pack and that says a lot.

The Sam Man is the shiznit! Raised up in my parents OG Piano Bar since I was born. All through the 60's the Rat Pack and others is what I was exposed to. And I never realized how really great the music and talent was. There's no business like Show business!
